If I could give a negative score I would. Purshased two Iphones from them because they said my 4G iphones will not work on their network(lie number 1). Told me we DEFINITELY had service in my area( lie number two). This is a contractor store, T Mobile corporate told me there is NO service in my area, a bit too late. Told me if I had no service we will get a full refund ( lie number three ). There is NO FULL REFUND! When we went to return our new non working iphones they refused to give us back our iphone 10s actually stole them ( they did give us 75$ for them on the new purchase and then charged us 75$ for a restocking fee for retuning the iphones . So in short they lied about service, return policy, need for new phone ( they work on commission ) stole my old phones and charged me 150$ for the pleasure. I can't think of a more evil greedy corporation than Arch technologies. read more

I went into the store because I was notified that it was time to upgrade. I told the person who was…read moreworking that I only wanted to upgrade if my bill did not change. He told me that my bill would not be affected and proceeded to upgrade. After the upgrade, I showed him that the bill was higher than normal and he said that once everything went in a place, it would automatically fix itself. My bill ended up being $200 more and when I called Verizon, they told me that a lot of extra stuff had been added.

I recently took an online Driver Improvement Course of my own volition in order to remove some…read morepoints against my license. I was referred to this store by that company in order to take the final test. After I took and passed the course, the owner of the shop, Amir, tried to charge me ten dollars for "using the computer." At this point I called IDriveSafely customer service over the phone and after they told me there should be no additional charge, I informed the man I should not have to pay. Having been shown that he was extorting money from me - an act I'd witnessed moments earlier after he charged a man an arbitrary $3 in order to print a single page - he continued to harass me. The manager is not only rude, he is also extorting money from those who are powerless - those who must take the driver course at the penal system's direction. I will never go here again, and I have reached out to all companies involved in the hopes that this man will lose his franchise.
