When I entered the store everybody seemed really nice & polite I didn't have to wait to get…read more someone to help me then the mood changed I brung in a xbox 360 with several games & I also brung a smart tv & movies the young man who helped me was a little rude he hooked up my xbox 360 then when the game started up he started playing the game for a few minutes I didn't really care untill I asked him about buying a cell phone he blew me off and continued to play the xbox360 he finally brought his attention back to me I was really getting aggravated then it was time to check my tv out my tv would not power on cause I forgot the tv remote when I got home hooked tv & game console up I had NO problems it came right on and played all my games with no issues!!! The young kid who helped me was running around with his head cut off I could tell he hasn't worked there very long!! I brung this console in last month they gave me 39.00 I tried to pawn it but I was talked into selling it the tv I brought they couldn't get the tv to power it's my fault on that one I didn't know I needed my remote I learned my lesson always bring a Remote!! I'm not going to be all the way negative they do have good employ's what I don't understand is how are they going to give me a 39$ loan then today they wasn't trying to give money to anyone!! I ain't mad about it. It is what it is they are friendly and nice but they lack good customer service they need to go take some classes and learn NEW ways on how to satisfy there customers!!! I left the store aggravated and pissed off I had a xbox360, a smart tv, & movie DVD's and they couldn't give me a good loan I was having a really nice day but after leaving their store I went home mad and pissed off... I'm not going to lie to you all ez pawn is a good store to go to I guess I just got helped by someone who was having a bad day!!! I'll still shop there and pawn and get loans there I hate to admitted I will still recommend that people go there you will get good prices on loans and good money if your trying to sell your merchandise!!! I've been working on the outskirts of Hagerstown off and on for the last couple…read moremonths, it's about an hour to Muncie, close to the same back to Anderson and about 40 minutes to Richmond. Yes thing's here are a little more expensive, unfortunately so is gasoline. The staff here is always been friendly and helpful, they don't always have exactly what I need but in a lot of cases they have enough product to do a work around and they are local. I like to support the local community that is essentially supporting me. They do have a large variety of goods in their store, I've never purchased their garden plants but they always look much better than the box stores.
