Matthew was really helpful especially as there were some hiccups on Verizon's side as I was transferring a new line, one of which took a bit of time. Its not really crowded as it's in a location where it's hard to see even driving by (we've drive by maybe hundreds of times without ever knowing there was a Verizon in OT). If you're coming from Closter or Demarest it's absolutely worth the 10-15 min drive here as you Miley won't have to wait and will get far superior and courteous service.
