It's microspheric technology, So there is absolutely no need for water. Bill is a customer service guy. He will educate you on the system that he uses. He will go over spots twice if you ask him, and he will do it with a smile. Cons: He did show up in an unmarked Honda Minivan...30 minutes late. The appointment was for 10 - he showed up at 1030. He is kinda pricey. He had two rooms, the living room and a master bedroom - very little furniture was moved. The final cost was just under 200.00 bucks and that was with a "new customer" discount. Now getting back to to the first sentence. The carpet that he cleaned was two years old and was never professionally cleaned. The carpet did look better after he was done, but I also think the carpet needs replaced. The former homeowner put cheap carpet in the house when she put the home on the market. He was able to get out a stain that drove my S/O nuts. If one where to ask me if I would use him again, I don't know that I would unless it was an emergency in the winter where no water was being used. I think for 200.00 I could probably get a whole house done with someone else.
