Ok, I don't give out 5 stars unless a place truly deserves it and by looking at recent reviews, I have to make sure I'm as honest and unbiased as possible to give it such. We went in during Black Friday, after doing promotional comparisons at other stores. My son was looking to purchase an older version of an iPhone as is first "no help from parents" business purchase. He was hoping to find a BOGO deal and give one to his mother, who had an outdated phone. We walked in to be greeted by Brenda, standing in the doorway (whatever has been written in the past may have been taken to heart by management because I was impressed, especially being such a busy shopping day). She asked how she could help and, after hearing his desire, took us to look at phones and plans. After a lengthy discussion, he decided on a phone within his budget and we found a seat to go over how review adding him to our family plan versus him opening his own account. After she explained everything in a business sense that a teenager would understand, she dropped a bigger bonus on us. Not only did she show how he could get the newest iPhone for the same price, the told me that I was eligible for a discount as a medical responder. We were there for a good length of time and I mention this because the customers that came in were all greeted promptly and taken care of. End result? He got a phone, 3 generations younger, a great rate (being added to our plan) my wife got a new phone and we ended up paying less per month than we were paying before went in. We also activated an additional line that we had been paying for (don't ask). We had to return a few days later upon my wife's return to town to make a few adjustments on the phone, but in the end, between Brenda and Kevin (hope I remembered the correct name) the Store Manager, we were extremely pleased. I also have to add that while dealing with their technicians, we enjoyed great conversation about action movies and sports. Not important, but good to know in terms of customer service and good personalities. I hope this is the standard so that people who visit in the future will know my experience as their own. read more

RUN AWAY FROM AT&T! I canceled my account last October and they incorrectly continued to charge me for my Watch. I paid a $130.09 bill, thinking I was paying for my Internet with them. Lo and behold, it was all late fees from my Watch account that they never canceled even though I requested the port-out on 9/27/24. When I chatted in to ask that the money be refunded, they confirmed the port-out request from last September, but they told me that since the other carrier did not pick up the port request, thereby blaming the other carrier, the watch was never canceled--but the phones were canceled!! They refused my refund but offered me a $60 prepaid card, saying "it was all they could do." They still owe me $70. What kinds of business practices are these! Look out, folks! AT&T is an unethical giant that thinks more of a measly little $70 than it does its customers. I'm canceling my internet with them too, because they are a morally reprehensible company. (BTW, I get the same excellent and far cheaper service with Consumer Cellular--$40/month.) read more

The worst store by far. I have made 3 activities inside the store and they all have been wrong and I get charged more as soon as the first bill arrives. Then you come to the store and they said they can't do anything because they have limited access and I need to call billing. Not sure why they are even here if they can't help. read more

I try not to give poor reviews, but I cannot take this standing up. The employees here were extremely inattentive and disrespectful. I was not greeted and had to chase an employee to give them business. I must add that there was only ONE other customer in there besides me. I was told incorrect information, and left with a phone thinking I was going to be charged one price but then the employee called me and said he made a mistake. I returned to the store and asked to speak to their management. I was told that there management was out of town and that they would not incentivize me for their error. I quickly ended my relationship of 15 years with AT&T and switched my phone service to a different carrier. read more

If I could I would give a negative 5. We moved from an apartment to a house, and went to this store to setup an appointment to install in our new home. The sales person said we needed a new account and we had to call to cancel our old account. FALSE! The service tech and ATT customer service both verified this is for a sales commission. This store is unethical, now we need to get compensation for extra transfer fee, need to return old modem, need to set up all devices with a new modem password. Avoid this store at all costs, or prepare to spend 20 minutes on the phone and more fixing their error just for a sales commission. read more

BEWARE at&t wireless in home switch! (Not from this store exactly, but I can't find another way to warn about this.) Since I have DirecTV which is owned by at&t, an at&t in home switch rep tried to sell me on at&t. I was not happy with Sprint so I switched based on her claims. Before and during my switch she was prompt to communicate. She said it would be about 80 a month total for 1 line. 2 lines would be 160 or less with a buy one phone get one free promo. Lies! 2 lines cost 199 a month. I should get a discount through work on at&t stuff, but my plan is excluded. The switch offer also includes paying off my old phone lease in form of a gift card. The at&t switch person was supposed fill out forms or whatever to get the process started. She never did. After weeks of generally ignored texts, I called at&t to figure out how to submit this myself. I switched almost 2 months ago and it may be 2 more months before I get the $500+ they claim I'll receive. BUT, I'm concerned I might not get my money because the at&t rep TOOK MY OLD PHONE WITH HER, DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT, AND DID NOT SUBMIT WHAT SHE CLAIMED SHE WOULD. I have no idea if she turned it in correctly or sold it online or anything else. The service is slower than Sprint too. Text messages sometimes take 10 to 30 seconds to send. So I switched to a slower, more expensive per month plan and currently paid $540 out of pocket to Sprint to pay off a phone I may or may not be reimbursed for since the at&t rep was trash the moment after I signed up for them. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Cell phone business. I was told that the specific phone I picked out would be a "free" promotion after paying $300! Then the associate calls me back 15 minutes later and says he made a mistake. The associates, SAM(UEL), refused to call the manager or grant me a discount due to their mistake. Then when I leave, the associates refuse to hold the door open for me when I have seen them with my own eyes open the door for others. I will not be doing business with them ever again. read more

The store was disorganized and unprepared for the iPhone 6 release. Employees told customers whatever they wanted to hear, gave false information on how many phones they received. They did not follow their own plan on letting customers into the store and gave phones to customers out of order. Never again will I wait at this AT&T store for a release. Employee was nice but did not get all the correct information transferred over correctly, calls ring to mine and husbands phone at the same time. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with Apple to correct. UGH DISASTER!!! read more

The customer service at the store was beyond what I've received at any other cell phone store! I was helped by Ashli and Traye and they got me a new phone and watch. Usually I am thoroughly confused with the charges I receive from stores, but they both explained the cost in a way that didn't make me feel like they were trying to con me into extra fees. Ok ATT has merged with DirecTV so you should know that the same legendary terrible 'customer service' that has been the hallmark of DirecTV for decades is now also ATT's. Let me set the stage for the events. I moved from the west side of Columbus to the east side. I wanted to discontinue my ATT phone and Internet service as well as DirecTV service so I started the process o/f unlocking my iPhone from ATT. I tried to unlock my phone 4 times closely following their printed instructions. I was never able to get the phone unlocked and ending up calling their 'tech support'. Waste of time as the agent was completely clueless how to do it. I canceled my Uverse Internet as well as DirectTV service before I moved. Didn't matter. I continued to get emails and phone calls telling me that both services were still connected. I even sent both the UVerse and DirecTV equipment back. Didn't matter. I would then /obviously ask that my services be disconnected., again. It took my contacting DirecTV corporate to clear the issue up. So almost a month later I get notified that my Uverse bill was due. This was despite the fact that I had canceled the service and returned the equipment. The bill was for a month when I had already vacated the house I sold. So again I called in to the very misnamed 'customer service' and get relayed to an offshore agent. Folks you haven't lived until you have dealt with an offshore ATT/DirecTV agent. They can barely speak English, have a very thick (I would guess Phillipino) accent, can't spell, like most offshore agents they can't grasp simple concepts like cancelling accounts, could care less that you did not live at the address in question or that the equipment was returned. They are reading from scripts. So I decided to take my problem to the ATT store in Reynoldsburg and asked to speak to a manager. This guy named Glenn came out and immediately presented himself in a terse manner clearly demonstrating that he could care less about solving my problem. He said he could not find any charges I was due and basically blew it off. I don't think I've ever had a more unprofessional individual to deal with. He told me to keep my opinion on their offshore agents 'to myself.' A distinctly unpleasant and unhelpful individual. I was and continue to be concerned that I would have a credit report impacted because of either bad software or incompetent personnel. I was stunned and tried to explain that there was a problem as I now had 2 different ATT reps telling me 2 different things. His response was that he 'WAS' ATT. Maybe he expected me to genuflect. Arrogance and hubris marked his personality. He refused to admit that a problem existed. You can't fix a problem unless you first admit lt exists! I am going to request a tech friend unlock my phone so/ I can leave ATT. I am reporting this experience to ATT corporate. Oh I forgot to mention that I had the VERY SAME experience with DirecTV, Continued to be billed after cancelling service and returning equipment. Buyer beware! read more

Tyler and Jeremy were very helpful. Did not try to oversell but had suggestions when upgrading phones on our plan. We had just been to another at&t store in the region and they were terrible with a hard sell on home and tv bundle. then when we convinced them we didn't want that, they didn't have the right phones in stock. Then we came here and the staff were great!!!! We had trouble getting our iCloud backup onto one of our phones and they worked past closing time trying to figure a problem that was an Apple issue. Will always drive the extra few miles to come to this store now!!! read more

I wish 0 stars was an option, because I have NEVER had a good experience in this store. I went in today to get phones for my kids and, as they weren't due for upgrades, I told the guy I just wanted to get them the cheap go phones and get new SIM cards for them. He obviously doesn't make any money from that type of transaction, so he actually sent me to walmart to get the phones. Then, I had to go back to this store to get the SIM cards since he didn't offer to help me with that either. Thankfully, someone else helped me when I came back and, while he was really nice and helpful, once I got home only one SIM card worked. Tomorrow, I'll be finding another AT&T store to fix my problem. read more

Alright, not sure what they are going for here, setup straight from a Jetson's cartoon. First impression not good at all, came in a good hour before closing and all I needed was an extra line switched to a new phone I had from elsewhere, not a big deal, right? Well no one greeted me coming in, tons of people at various cafe style tables, no clear indication of who worked there. Eventually a gentleman came up and asked if I had an appointment. Um, no, I called before coming but no one said I needed one for something so simple. Guy proceeds to tell me they are slammed, will be a 45 minute wait, so I asked can I go shopping at Target, don't want to wait 45 minutes with an impatient kiddo setting up first phone. He said sure but we close in an hour so be sure to be back before then...gave him my number so they could text. In the middle of shopping I get a text, head right over before they close and guess what? That's right, more waiting. Really would give it a one star except when I finally did get help, she was just lovely, engaged my son, had us out the door in less than five minutes once she got started with us. Five starts for her, 1 for the place, 3 overall. Would suggest an appointment before visiting, as they seem very understaffed and new setup is a bit strange. But, once you do get help, hopefully will be as pleasant as the one I had. Would I go back? Not without an appointment, not even to buy a case, lol. read more

AT&T use to be my favorite cable company. Had an issue with a charge on my last bill. I spoke with Robert and his supervisor Ms.Lee they both refused to help me. Finially I was transferred to Eric who understood the situation and finally credited my account. Horrible customer service it's always a hassle with them. read more

Drive the distance and go somewhere else! Place wasn't busy at all , walked in and had to walk around and wait to be checked in, then finally get checked in, sat there for 30 mins, and never was acknowledged again! All the while when sitting the waiting staff seemed to have no problem helping everyone around us! The only use this place has is air conditioning and a place to set! Oh and you won't have to worry about people bugging you either! Lol read more

The associates in this location are just young, lazy & unhelpful . I walked in for help with a representative thinking that will be more helpful than figuring my issue out on my own & that was a joke to say the least. Based on my multiple visits to deal with AA&T issue , I have experienced reps with limited problem solving skills and lack professionalism. The majority of the time they are laughing and gathered in corners like high schoolers or hiding their heads in a computer to avoid eye contact. I was trying to troubleshoot a streaming issue regarding my billing & the representative I had seem perturbed he even had to make more effort to think more than he was used to. He was not patient & just seemed visibly aggravated I interrupted him sitting around watching tv on a rainy day. I moved here from the DC area Where both customer service & satisfaction are highly valued, ATT and this location have failed on every level! Do not go to this location for anything other than to pay a bill. read more
