The manager claims that his tech taking my phone apart to fix the camera is not related to the home screen button. I'm aware of the fact that they are 2 different functions. But what I'm explaining to him is the fact that the home screen button was fine until his tech repaired my phone. Holding no accountability I was sent on my way. A $800 phone is useless because of a $60 repair. How is that fair to me as a customer that trusted your facility to repair my phone?? Being a traveling Nurse I'm missing out on several ventures because of this company! Ridiculous...
