I returned to the facility to be informed by the manager after having my phone for an hour that they are unable to fix the home screen button. The manager claims that his tech taking my phone apart to fix the camera is not related to the home screen button. I'm aware of the fact that they are 2 different functions. But what I'm explaining to him is the fact that the home screen button was fine until his tech repaired my phone. Holding no accountability I was sent on my way. A $800 phone is useless because of a $60 repair. How is that fair to me as a customer that trusted your facility to repair my phone?? Well, guess what, I was told I could get a $25 plan, and I could buy a new phone for around $100. No restrictions were communicated at that time! The first month and since my bill has been just under $50, no where near $25. That's happened three months in a row. I was going to go to Consumer cellular, and I talked to some arrogant as that I was locked into the service for a year and they wouldn't release my account. Yep, first time I had heard that. Three months in a row I have paid $48 for service, and again this month I was told my next bill would be $25. I have a feeling I am still being lied to. I do not appreciate what the cellular companies are doing to customers and getting by with it. My bill next month is finally supposed to be $25 but I bet that's more bullshit! It needs to stop! I want an apology and a full refund and release of my phone number that I have had for most of my life! I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, I'm not stupid and I don't appreciate being played for stupid! Beware!!! Go first to Consumer Cellular. Just wish they would get stores faster across America.
