I went…read morein to add a new line to my account and they added 2 additional lines (tablets) to my account without my knowledge. They want cash as payment and will not provide a receipt. The manager, Adrian, is not a nice person and will not help you. The sales guy, Charlie, is not trustworthy. They are trying to scam people. Beware and ask for a receipt and check your monthly bills.

Mexican customers who entered the store after us were immediately greeted & assisted. But that's actually OK. Since there was no salesperson willing to assist us (some staff were standing away conversing in Spanish--lol, which we completely understood), we were able to evaluate the extremely overpriced merchandise. I know that years ago, this chain was prosecuted for their "bait & switch" tactics. Evidently, they still are overpricing their items, reducing them slightly, & expecting to make sales. When you arrive, just inside the door, there is a screen where you check in as a walk-in, or to confirm a previously made appointment. I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

When you try to cancel, they try way too hard to keep you as a customer. The process is painstaking and their service is not worth it. Too many disconnections and buffering moments with spectrum. Never again.
