I never felt comforted with the possession of my instrument when I rented an instrument here and felt more as if this institution cared mostly for the rent money rather than the quality and integrity of the valley's music community. My family has purchased an instrument from both Valley Keyboards and Antonio Strad and have felt more at ease with every visit compared to Texas B & O. When you arrive, just inside the door, there is a screen where you check in as a walk-in, or to confirm a previously made appointment. I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

When you try to cancel, they try way too hard to keep you as a customer. The process is painstaking and their service is not worth it. Too many disconnections and buffering moments with spectrum. This is also one of the few Walgreens that is opened 24 hours a day. I've had to come here before at extremely late hours. Other Walgreens in the surrounding area aren't open 24 hours, but this one is and that makes it very dependable. There is a Redbox on the outside of Walgreens, which makes it ideal to rent movies when you have nothing to do. This place used to be the place were I would buy video game magazines, as their magazine selection is extensive. However, I tried doing that recently and I couldn't find a single one. They seem to have gotten rid of those magazines so I was disappointed on that. For your medical or beauty needs, this is the place to go.
