Chat tells you signing up for internet will only take 5 minutes but takes 1.5 hours and then doesn't follow through on promised discounts and overcharges by $25 a month. And then they say they can't help me because it's already been processed. So I go into the store just so I can actually have someone competent hopefully competent to speak with and luckily they had Damien who I think is the manager. Dude was very attentive and courteous to customers even though there were like 8 people he was trying to manage with a team of 3 at once. I had a couple of problems with the account that Verizon couldn't straighten out after 5 calls of speaking with different customer service personnel. Javier took time to listen and diligently work it out for me. It took an hour, but he didn't rush and patient. When I left, all my problems with Verizon was solved. So happy!
