I went back around 5. They close at 7. There was I person waiting and 1 being waited on. I decided to wait. I didn't mind waiting for either person that was there before me, even though it took a long time. it was about 6:40 when he was finishing up with the person that was right in front of me. About 10 minutes before that, someone came in and I looked up and he was waiting on them. They had just been there for 10 minutes. I have been there for an hour. and 15 minutes. That was it without saying anything to me at all the whole time I was there, and I know he saw me when I walked in., I decided to leave. I told him when I was leaving that I was next in line and he decided to wait on them. All he said was I'm sorry you think that he would have felt kind of guilty after somebody was waiting there well over an hour and a half that he would pay attention to them but now, so after all this time we've been with AT&T I'm happily moving over to T-Mobile. The customer service at that store on Bluff Street in St. George was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. So, let that be a warning to you.

Called him in the morning, he answered right away and was over at my house within an hour. After working his magic, he told me my laptop had contracted a virus in September of 2012 and he erased 68, what he calls, "critters" from my laptop. He also installed some anti-malware software to keep things in check and had my machine running smoothly in about 45 minutes.
