T-Mobile in Cedar City is horrible! They send you away and say to call T Mobile. T Mobile in Hurricane is a corporate location and Dave Matterson is awesome!!! He was able to resolve my B issue with a phone that had never been sent to me and for which there was no tracking number. He spoke directly with accounts and got the original order canceled re-ordered my new phone, and actually got my phone number transported from Verizon to T-Mobile all in the same visit. I went to T-Mobil to purchase a new phone because my 6-year-old Apple was giving me problems. I was greeted at the door by Tiger who told me it would be about an hour wait because it was very busy at that time. He said he would call me when it was my turn. So, I was able to do some productive shopping while I waited. Then, Tiger was able to quickly find the phone I wanted and set it up for me. All my information from my old phone was transferred to my new phone and I was on my way. After unsuccessfully playing with my phone, I was not able to access all the functions I wanted to use; so I went back and spoke with Dylan who immediately fixed all my problems, answered all my questions and treated me respectfully. I arrived at the store which has been switched over from Sprint to T-Mobile and the place looked really nice. Of course with all the current restrictions for COVID you had to wear a mask and floor was marked nicely for social distancing. The bright pink markings made it really happy and less "it's a rule" thing. If I have to wear it they make it less stressful. Well done T-Mobile! Now the reason for my 2 Stars was because the minute I said I was unfortunately turning my phone back and explained why, "JAKE" choose to go down a path of real pettiness. I said nothing negative as we have chosen to be with Sprint for over 20 years I like Sprint and I recently needed to change phones because I was out of memory and constantly having to delete and then re-add different apps. After 6 weeks of waiting for them to get phones, (they were out online as well) I finally decided to purchase directly from Apple. The deal thru Apple also allowed me to get insurances for damage, problems and an additional insurance for loss damage with a really great payment plan and insurance . What should have been a quick in and out since I was on the last day of my 18 month contract turned into a 20 minute wait plus a additional 20 minute of JAKE trying to prove me wrong on my purchase and insurance purchase. I don't know why JAKE T felt compelled to do and say the things he did it was really not his place and his need to make me "wrong" was just rude. The fact that I said I was really happy with the way it all worked out, getting a great phone and a great deal and that I wasn't dropping our phone service with T-Mobile should have been all he needed to discuss. People like that try to make you feel like they are trying to help all while making you feel dumb about your decisions. read more

My daughter and I were in need of new phones so we decided to stop by the store on 700 south about an hour before closing. The employees were busy but Tyler was able to help us while he was helping another customer transfer their phone data. We decided to think about our options and came back the next day. When we got there Tyler was finishing up with a customer and then came over to great us. He was super helpful and helped us make the decision without pushing anything we didn't want on us! Terrible service! Both in the store and the main customer service. No one knows what is going on and how to handle a situation when a loved one has passed away. Was sent back and forth between the store and calling the toll free number multiple times. Ridiculous. Super frustrating and emotional as I had to keep running around in circles dealing with my dads death. All I needed was to cancel his cell service. I'm so upset with them. read more

The others were nice but don't really know what their doing and never have the answers but some very sweet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BEING SEEN BY BRANDT. He was so rude, I didn't know what to do neither did he so he gave attitude and smart remarks left and right. He also added charges to my account and had to call customer service to resolve it.
