T-Mobile I broke my phone at my 7 year old daughters basketball tournament. Me and my girlfriend decided to buy new phones and transfer her phone to my account. So when we went to the store 402 N canal stee thibodaux, La 70301. The account rep 372 and 298 told us we had to pay the phone off to move it to my account, company policy. We paid off her phone and a watch. Brought two new iPhone 13 so now we have three phones on my account. Hers, my daughter and mines. Year later a collection company is calling like we didn't pay the last monthly bill and it went from 2 hundred and something to a 1000 and something because a reps mistake or I'm wondering why I never received a bill? For a collection agency to be calling. I'm definitely about to transfer all my phones to another provider after ten years. Any suggestions? read more

This was the worse experience I have ever had with customer service in any retail store in my…read morelife. I went into the store to purchase a new iPhone. I walked into the store and walked to the counter and the nightmare began. There were three young women in the store and the first two that were waiting on me ( one's name was Alexa), I was told they did not have the phone I wanted and asking them about it they suddenly came up with the phone. I was sold a case and a screen cover and they did not help me put it on. It was a nrw phone and I was not shown how to work the phone. While transferring information my old phone was gong out because it would not hold a charge and I asked them to please plug it inn to get the phone settings transferred and I was told "NO, you go charge it your car, we don't do that. I was told they also were unable to call Apple, the maker of an iPhone. I was so disrespected that I never ever want to go back to that store again and will go to another mobile store if I need to, I left there with a phone that had no service as they had not set the new one no GPS and the charger I was sold was not the right one ( yes they changed the one in the iPhone box) and then I bight a longer cord. It was a low voltage cord and charger and almost burned my new phone up. They do not know what they are doing or they don't like their job, Something is wrong But one thing for sure they will ruin the Spectrum name for that work ethic and attitude and need replacement s soon as possible.
