So when we went to the store 402 N canal stee thibodaux, La 70301. The account rep 372 and 298 told us we had to pay the phone off to move it to my account, company policy. We paid off her phone and a watch. Brought two new iPhone 13 so now we have three phones on my account. Hers, my daughter and mines. Year later a collection company is calling like we didn't pay the last monthly bill and it went from 2 hundred and something to a 1000 and something because a reps mistake or I'm wondering why I never received a bill? For a collection agency to be calling. I'm definitely about to transfer all my phones to another provider after ten years. Any suggestions?

I showed up at 3:50pm for my appointment and the employee checking people in said that Myrtle was in the back and he would let her know that I am here. After waiting until 4:30pm I went and asked for her again. The employee went looking for her and came back and said that she was at lunch. I waited until 4:40pm for a manager with a scheduled appointment and the manager decides to take lunch when I clearly had an appointment set. What happened to customer service? This manager obviously doesn't appreciate my time and believes that hers is more valuable than the customers she serves for AT&T. Something needs to be done to correct the issues at this store.

Before the repair, my phone's front camera was working perfectly. Immediately after the LCD/screen went black, both my front camera and flashlight stopped working. I returned to the shop as instructed, and while they were able to get the flashlight working again, the front camera still does not function. I was told the issue was not caused during the repair, but I have since spoken with another repair professional and Apple support, both of whom confirmed that this type of issue is typically the result of damage during the repair process. Despite bringing the phone back promptly and giving the business an opportunity to fix the issue, they have refused to take responsibility or repair the damage under warranty.I am now forced to pursue further action to resolve this matter. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all functions are thoroughly checked before leaving the store.
