My husband went in, and they said, oh, we can't help with that, AND THEY SOLD US the home phone thing... omg, I wonder if verizon knows, how bad that 3rd party store is?? came home replugged it all in, and thank God it worked, but it's insane we would have been without a home phone, because they have no clue! ************************** Went in to find out why verizon won't let me sign in to the website and a few other things. The guy was friendly and repeated many times that it was his pleasure to help us. I thought it was due to our tech stuff being very old, but with everything new and updated, it's made no difference in speed or anything other than the home phone works now, new box. He said he had the same box, brand new, back in 'the safe'. We paid $80 for it, for the old version. He tried to sell us other things, initially we said yes to the netflix etc. package, but ended up changing our minds. He knew we didn't want it, yet he never removed it. He did have me figure out the verizon app, which I was able to get in to. On the way home I deleted the netflix package... it never worked, the charge went thru to the bill. He never told us our bill would be an extra $105/ due to line start ups ( a total verizon rip off) then go back to just a little more per month. He was very interruptive, and just not a good listener, so very frustrating to work with. He never told us that how to send back the old internet box, and he never told us it would cost us $25/mo.until we do send it back. HE NEVER EVER dealt with why I can't sign in to the verizon website. I was on chat last night with verizon for 1 1/2 hrs settling out all the problems this guy created for us. Enrique was fabulous! Enrique is sending me the label to send back the box (he said I could drop it at the store REALLY? WHY DIDN'T THE SALES GUY TELL US THAT?, BUT I don't want to go back there, ever) He cancelled and refunded the netflix package. He explained all the charges and which ones would go away. He apologized over and over for the bad experience we had. BUT I STILL can't sign in to my verizon website ... anyway, FIND ANOTHER VERIZON STORE, Highlands is incompetent.

So pay more more, for 2 things you don't need to save 40 %. No savings there. Amazon sells on adapter for $14, 2 adapters for $20. Wheres the savings at Verizon. Girl acted like a mother, leave store without screen protector, also, cheaper on Amazon. If you don't have new crisp money to pay bill in machine, they accuse you of counterfeit money. A man handle the help of payment. Store doesn't have money marker to check. Was accused several times of being counterfeit, with wasn't. Wondering why a person can't take your money, maybe Verizon doesn't trust their employees, can't tell real money. Lost sale....looking for new carrier thats honest and not rude or talks down to people.

Looked up a you tube video to see how to check that by putting it in diagnostic mode after I left. I couldn't see any areas with dead pixels, nor could any of my family. When I got back to my state, I went to an actual AT&T owned store and what do you know, I traded it in with no issues and they salesman didn't say anything about my phone having dead pixels. I don't know if they just don't know what they're looking at, don't want to to the work or just want to make more money on the sale. Whatever it is, the guy at my local store had no problem doing a trade in.

My husband had a brand new iPhone and the screen needed replaced. They replaced on 5/19 it very…read morequickly... for $450 (not including tax.) He didn't know until after the fact that it was an aftermarket screen and not an actual Apple screen. But he put a really solid case on it to prevent any damage and thought nothing of it until 8/23 when he took his phone out of his pocket and saw his screen had gone white inexplicably. No drops, no falls, nothing. Despite my objections, he took it back to this business. He was told it's 10 days over the 90 day warranty so they're going to charge him for another screen replacement, but THIS TIME it will be an actual Apple product, and the employee would knock $50 off for him being so understanding or whatever. Great. Wonderful. Perhaps it's malfunctioning because the screen was aftermarket when it wasn't supposed to be? The employee called their boss who insisted this damage only happens with impact. Couldn't be a problem with previous installation of a trash item that isn't supposed to be on that phone to begin with, of course not. So we'll be out roughly $900 at this point. Should have just taken it to the actual Apple store instead. At least we'd know they're reputable. My husband came home to get the credit card, leaving his phone with the employee. When he got back to the business, the employee was visibly upset and very apologetic. When they were replacing the screen, some kind of crucial wire or piece (I don't remember the exact details) was cut, and they wouldn't have a replacement until Monday afternoon. Husband asked how this is going to affect the price, employee said they might be able to knock another $20 off, but their boss would be upset since there was already one discount in the works. My husband is a patient man, calm to a fault. He accepted this turn of events because really what other choice does he have? I, on the other hand, am absolutely raging. I was already skeptical about this business to begin with, and they're just proving how utterly incompetent and greedy they are. A while later, my husband got a call from the same employee saying someone at another store in Steubenville has this replacement part, and they would run it to Bridgeport when their store closed at 1800. Said my husband would be able to pick his phone up at 1845. Total charge today was $480 including tax, as they did knock that originally discussed $50 off. In summary, save yourself some money and a headache. Do not take your electronics here. They'll botch the job and just cause further damage and inconvenience.

As time went on I still had no service so I cancelled my account. Now Verizon has recanted on refund because I cancelled my account. This is theft, I paid for a service & Verizon didn't provide it. BEWARE OF VERIZON'S SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Don't believe the "your refund has been processed".

She also gave us other information regarding pricing of her new phone and service discounts. All the information she gave us was false. Phone was supposed to be $5 a month.... It was $10... etc etc. Also other staff in the store apparently do not know what they are doing either as when my mother stopped to inquire why she was getting mis billed they told her her bill was wrong and to ignore it. Now we have AT&T threatening my mother with collection. No one in this store will even take my call or return a call. And apparently they don't even have a manager . So all in all I would no go here
