My first order was fine, they did a good job and were timely. The second order was not timely. I tried to pick up my order on the day it should have been ready and they told me it was not. I was dropping off a load of new clothes I had just purchased on a trip and was okay with the delay since I would be back the next weekend. I was told my order would be ready on Friday. Saturday morning I picked up my order, the order that should have been done on Tuesday were ready, however the load I dropped off on Tuesday was still in the bag, not cleaned. The girl behind the counter told me that one of the pieces could not be cleaned because it still had the security tag. When I asked her why they did not clean the other items, she said that she tried to call me yesterday but the call did not go through. That was interesting since I had often texts from them that my other order was ready. Regardless, my order was not cleaned. Very disappointing to say the least.
