So now, not only am I paying full price on the s22 ultra, I'm somehow getting the same free s21 free again, and they say I traded in my note 9 on the free s21 phone. so I should have 2 free phones, but I don't. now if that ain't a rip off and scam I don't know what is. but I signed the right contract. and how convenient that nobody can find these signed documents that I signed at the Vernal, ut office with Trevor and Kelly. and they said oh if you have problems come talk to us. it's the end of August and I have been complaining about this since I got my first bill and noticed the promotion was completely wrong. I have always been super pleased with how good they are in rural environments. And where everyone else gets service, you will have no problems. you get the strongest signal from any tower. I have many people who get frustrated because of spotty service when I have excellent service. Pricing is competitive and allows you to buy what you need and they are willing to review your usage and find better/cheaper plans when possible.
