When I installed the new cartridge, the printed pages were still dim and streaky. Just to be sure, I replaced the new cartridge with the other new one and got the same result: dim and streaky. Thinking that the printer had other problems, I took it to Office Imaging Systems. Mr. Nelson looked it over and quickly determined that the printer was fine, it was the new toner cartridge that was bad. He replaced it with one from his supply and everything now works well. Who knew that you could get not one but two defective official HP cartridges in the same shipment from Amazon?? I had no idea the full extent of the problem, but after a couple of weeks we had gotten the phone back. I had a conversation with the lady at the front and I was informed that if there were any issues that I could bring it back and I was thrilled that my wife's phone was fixed, I was informed of the types of damage that I did not know about such as the water damage, and the battery issue, I did not know they had broken the screen but that is no big deal as that comes with fixing phones, but after five minutes of having it at home and powering it on it still had the issues of restarting every couple of minutes (My issue was not resolved) So I take it back and I inform the lady at the front desk that the issue that I had come in for the get fixed was still happening, she had told me that she will ask "tank" about it, as she did he didn't even come out to me to talk he was in the back and said "at this point I would have to wait until Wednesday, and that he would have to start charging more/again" for an issue that was never even resolved so I had posted this on their google website and usually company's don't call the customer about a review that has been left either bad or good, so about an hour after they close I get a call on a phone that we were given that we had to spend even more money on to get activated mind you, I get a call from a "Fernando" and he goes thru everything he has done for us and how the review was a "Kick in the balls" for what he had done for us I have never seen a more unprofessional act in my life, first our issue to not be solved, then for us to be told that we were gonna be charged more for an issue that was not resolved, then to get a call after hours from a hopefully regular employee to complain about a review and how it was "A KICK IN THE BALLS FOR HIM"

So there was a promotion in may for trade any qualifying phone in and receive 1000.00 towards a new…read moresamsung s22 of your choice. ok so I had a note 9 that qualified for the promotion. so i traded my note 9 in on an s22 ultra. i should have only had to pay 200.00 for it after the 1000.00. the cost of the phone was 1199.00. my husband had no trade in. so he got the s21 that was supposed to be free with a new line. ok so we did both. and let me tell you how much info and stuff i lost because Trevor, the manager, wouldn't let the transfer finish because he was in a bigg ass hurry. so my bill shows a buy 1 get 1 free. wait a minute, I never did a b1g1. if i was gonna do a b1g1 i sure wouldn't pick the cheapest and already free phone for my free phone. i would have gotten 2 s22's.
