Two of them were priced higher in the outlet than online. And the outlet charges $125 for delivery compared to $39 online. I was going to order online but was having trouble with the delivery options, so I went to "regular" Lowe's in Southington. Turned out the delivery option problem (website offered next-day delivery for a surcharge, but it reverted to regular delivery at checkout) is a known issue that they couldn't even override in-store! However, the price that came up in-store was almost $200 less than the already good online price. And the young woman who helped me, Jasmine, was wonderful.

However, the employee that I had to deal with to get a refund on a package that was delivered late was rude and dismissive. So rude that when I returned to the store to get proof that a claim was filed, he threw the paper on the counter, walked past me, and never spoke a word to me. Local management couldn't be bothered to respond when I filed a complaint. And the corporate response simply said that a claim was filed appropriately.
