Horrible experience. The salesman mislead me about everything, put two charges that I never authorized on my bill, and gave me false information about the process of a promotion. I went back in twice to try and fix the issues, nothing was resolved and I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon to fix everything. Literally the worst Verizon store you can go to. They don't know what they're talking about, the manager is extremely rude, and they just don't care about the costumer at all. All I tried to do was buy a new phone as a gift for my mother, however the individual that was helping me made it a 600 step process, which didn't need to happen. Then I had to proceed to explain to him how sim cards work. The manager was the kicker, would it kill to smile alittle? I purchased an Iphone 12 pro Max from this 3rd party place. Since the moment I walked in that place I had nothing but problems. Not knowing the 128 gig was not enough storage for my data I went back the next day to return and pay for a higher model which supports 256 gig. When I went back they said they could not replace the phone as it is used now and not brand new. They did not honor the 30 return policy and now stuck with a phone that is maxed out at 127.5 gigs and making my phone slow and unable to use. I called VERIZON customer service and they said they couldnt honor a return as it was purchased from a private seller and not VERIZON. The rep also informed me that next time to purchase direct from a REAL VERIZON store or on line to get the benefits they offer. Andrew the partner of the store is very manipulative and misleading. Complete scam. Just went in to buy airpods (not knowing they're not a corporate Verizon store). Told me they're not allowed to sell airpods but said they have Stockholm wireless headphones. Asked about quality and was told they were better quality in sound and build than airpods and they're fantastic. Told there was a no refund policy but was in a rush so I bought them. Headphones turned out to be absolute garbage. Also gave the guy account info for account questions I had...he showed me info on the screen and said I'm not supposed to show you this but he did anyways. Do not buy here at all. I was in the wireless store twice now to purchase a phone. The first time I bought two phone and they told me my monthly bill would be around 150.00. It ended up being almost 200.00 a month. When i called them about it , they told me that they didn't add on all the fees. I argued with them but to no avail. About a month ago , I went back in to get a new phone, thought id give them the benefit of the doubt. I spoke with a young service boy who danced his way through the entire transaction in a chair behind the computer. He tried to look very professional but did not know what he was doing. He told me my bill, IN TOTAL would be about 135 a month. HE did two hours worth of calculations, acting very cool like he was doing me a huge favor. He gave me a little box, told me it was a hot spot wi fi so id have internet where ever I went and that it was NO CHARGE on the monthly bill. Like an idiot, I believed him. Guess what????When my first bill came in it was a almost 5 dollar charge on my bill. My 135 dollar a month bill this month is almost three hundred dollars. !!!!! I am so mad at this establishment. I had nothing but a bad experience since I walked in the door. Upfront we were treated nicely and we told the manager we needed to save money. Once we talked about phones and plans we went forward with the purchase. We were trading in old iPhones for new ones. We were never asked what color phones we wanted or what GB size we wanted. Once I had to tell the manager to wait and ask myself what colors were available I was told what we wanted was not in stock but could be ordered. We said ok to them being ordered because I was told it would take about 2 days to get, 5 days later our phones came in. We went down there to finalize the deal I asked what fees we needed to pay to day and what will be on the next bill. We were told an activation fees will appear on the next bill. Once the bill came in there was a bunch of fees that were never discussed, fees for adding new phones, switching lines, activation fees and more. We were furious. And now we got a notice in the mail that we have a protection plan on our phones that we never authorized, another $26 a month we never wanted. Very disappointed, will never return and will yell everyone to go somewhere else and will be in touch with Verizon customer service. read more
