Waited forever to get a screen cover because they had ONE worker in the store and several customers…read moreahead of me. He continued to help them and didn't pay any attention to me. After close to 45 minutes I finally asked for a new cover. He asked what kind of phone it was and I said I wasn't sure. I then realized he didn't know (or want to know) what kind it was. He was clearly uninterested. I looked all through out the phone and couldn't find it. He returned to helping the other people. Finally he helped find the model and discovered they didn't have a screen cover I needed. He told me to look at another store. He didn't apologize for anything.

If ZERO STARS were an option I would give that. These incompetent fools erased my mother's phone…read morebefore verifying that her backup was complete! They spent a total of EIGHT HOURS in that store. What a joke. AVOID AUTHORIZED RETAILERS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! The sales associate that helped me was named Talon...super cool dude,very professional. Knew what he was doing. I highly suggest going to the verizon on south queen street.

Worst experience of my life if I could give a zero rating I would they not only offered different…read moreservices but messed up our buy one get one free deal so we no longer get it now even though we paid for the phones we still owe an astronomical bill to pay our phones off which we've already paid for. Don't fall for the hype Verizon is the worst service I've ever went to and I was with AT&T for 10 years and in one month of service with Verizon I have called more than I did in 10 years with AT&T. The manager was so unprofessional with us we bought 4 iPhones the same day with a another manager and the manager of the Verizon store Chris was very rude and did not help us at all. I'd advise everyone not to go with Verizon, We paid over 1,500$ for a Bogo promo and now owe full prices on phones and nobody can tell us where our $ went. SCAM. SCAM, SCAM!!
