Promises of being corrected went from month to month with no change to our bill. Finally, we stopped by the Bel Air store and spoke with Chris. Chris immediately understood, looked at our account and saw the issue we were trying to resolve. Chris took ownership of the issue. He spoke with Verizon support, had them make corrections. So we thought. For 2 more months Verisons bills showed no change, and for 2 more months, we went back to see Chris. Chris was not the problem, Verizon billing was. A BIG thank you to Chris for taking ownership of our issue and not getting frustrated with seeing us come back. Finally, Chris resolved our billing issue with the Verison mother ship.

I only needed to drop off a phone that was cleared and needed to be shipped back to Verizon. I waited OVER 30 minutes because there were 6 people in front of me and the associates were grabbing them in order instead of the reason for why they were there. There should be a faster process for easy walk ins. There's really nowhere to sit and you have to sit on the wall by the window which is hot. The associate was good at assisting me but I am extremely unhappy about the waiting!

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

Very quick and convenient place to get fixes, but I can't say that it was good quality. I went for…read morea camera lenses repair because I was told by my phone service if I got it fixed, I could get full price trade in value. The repair was $96 and took them 9 minutes to do. When you have the camera it looks as clear as I can remember, thankfully, but on the lenses itself, you can see dust particles and the broken glass from the original lenses underneath. I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion. I just over paid for convenience and hope I can't get my full trade in value for this.. or I just wasted my time/money.

Sham. As an update: I have been contacted by the owner trying to give me gift cards and other things to make up for my experience if I promise to remove my review. My phone was fixed by another reputable company and I do not want anything from your store. Moreover, this is a review site where we write honest reviews of what happened in our business interactions. I trust and use Yelp myself for many different things and would hope I'm receiving honest reviews which is exactly what mine is. I am not going to get paid off by a business owner. They also have one of their friends harassing me on Yelp with multiple messages asking me to take their deal and remove my review.

He explained that my current phone was not compatible with the T-Mobile system, that's after being told by 2 other employees at the store it was, he offered me a completely new phone on the house. He got the phone set up and working in a flash. He really turned my unsatisfactory experience into a most favorable one. I really doubt that I'd have gotten that top notch customer service for Verizon. Thanks Adam!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Walmart today…read more On August 31, 2026, at approximately 3:20 PM, I was shopping at Walmart Store #03780 in Fallston, Maryland. I was purchasing PediaSure for my disabled son. I used a self-checkout kiosk and deposited $15.75 in cash. The machine displayed that only $10.75 had been received and requested additional payment. I asked an associate named Marie for assistance. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple technical issue became a serious confrontation. Marie initially told me that there was nothing she could do because "the machine says what it says." She attempted to cancel the transaction, but the kiosk would not respond. I then requested a supervisor. Instead of getting one, the interaction escalated. Marie became increasingly confrontational, told me not to yell at her despite the fact that I was not yelling, and repeatedly pointed her finger directly in my face, at one point bringing it within centimeters of my nose. I continued asking for a supervisor. The situation eventually became serious enough that another Walmart employee had to physically intervene and separate Marie from me. A supervisor eventually arrived and handled the situation professionally. Most importantly, the supervisor refunded me the exact $15.75 I had reported depositing into the machine. The supervisor also told me that a similar issue had occurred with another self-checkout kiosk. That means there may have been an actual technical issue with the machines. I understand that equipment can malfunction. That is not my main concern. My concern is the way I was treated when I simply asked for assistance. I have been a Walmart customer for years, and I have never experienced anything like this. I am asking Walmart to: * Preserve and review the surveillance footage from approximately 3:15-3:35 PM * Identify and speak with employees who witnessed the incident * Investigate the associate's conduct * Investigate the self-checkout malfunction * Provide a written response explaining what was found and what corrective action will be taken No customer should feel intimidated or unsafe because they reported a discrepancy involving their money. I sincerely hope Walmart takes this complaint seriously. If you shop at the Fallston Walmart, I would genuinely like to know whether anyone else has experienced problems with these self-checkout machines.
