We have been in the store for new iPhones, 15 pros, and a good Verizon deal. It's better than what…read morewe had with our "sprint" phones, and we could easily get more off with our previous iPhones. We are still working on the details with the arrangement and trying to clear the old iPhones of our data and get them back to factory settings. I had a higher review for you guys, but then we had to come out 2 more times and it took us about 9+ hours to return 2 factory reset iPhones and make a deal and get the paperwork approved for 2 new iPhones 15 pros. Took my rating from a 4 to a 2 star review. The reason it wasn't a 1 star was because our sales person was in on 2 of his days off and he was very nice with us and I think he was trying to get us the best price available; but he didn't seem like he had the best experience and know how to do it, and we just didn't have the time for sitting around for 3+ hours straight. I noticed that the company is using my picture as their main pic right now.

Spent over 20 minutes utilizing the T-Life chat feature to set up and easier in store experience for my wife. Of course, the chat representative hadn't left any notes. The punk at the store said there would be a $70 restocking fee for a brand new device and was quite rude to the point that my wife had to call me from the store. It's sad that T-Mobile has gone from a far superior experience to Verizon to almost as bad as Verizon in the 5 years with them. I think we'll switch to Mint or Visible or something else. It's not worth the extra money to pay for better service when they don't provide it

I was very glad that he helped me as some of the questions were more technical, and I didn't know how to answer them . Phone came in via UPS in less than a week. At that time I went to T-Mobile to get my old phone information put on new phone. Kevin was the person who helped with this task transferring all Aps, pictures, mail etc to the new phone. He also helped with my selection of a magnetic charger, case, lens guards and screen saver. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Could I have purchased some of these extras somewhere else and saved a couple of dollars? I'm sure I could but some items I thought I wanted from Amazon would not have worked with my new phone. Kevin steered me in the right direction with a smile.

However, seems like Justin rushed me like I am bothering him like I'm not important. His effective communication is sloppy and unprofessional. I asked if there's a iPhone charger to use and he acted like he's trying to make effort when really he wants me to go away. Worst part he directed me to go to ATT and use their charger. I might as well take in consideration switching service for such incompetence employee.
