The saving grace of Store 6002 is Sam Dobbs, the Retail Store Manager. Sam is courteous, knowledgeable and she was able to resolve problems I had trouble resolving at other T-Mobile locations and through phone support. Unfortunately the interaction I had with Agent Dee on the 6 of August 2025 was far from stellar. I came into the store to return two phones. When Agent Dee inspected the devices she put the devices on an abrasive surface and at one point stacked them on top of each other. When I informed her I wanted the phones to be placed on a surface that wouldn't cause harm to the devices she had the audacity to ask me why I would make this request as if my request was absurd for not wanting the phones to be damaged before they are returned back to the company. As great as Sam Dobbs performance is at Store 6002, if I had to do another transaction with Agent Dee I would prefer to go to another location. read more

So I am a Verizon wireless customer looking for some savings on my cell phone bill. I had scheduled my appointment for this store T-Mobile store because it's right off the highway and closer for me. So I arrived about 5-10 minutes before my appointment time. When I walked inside the store there was NO greeting "Welcome to T-Mobile" or any kind of acknowledgement what so ever. So I just stood there in the store waiting. It made me thinking if T-Mobile was the cell phone provider for me. If there face to face customer service sucked like this, what is phone customer service like? I didn't expect for them to stop what they were doing with the other customers. But acknowledging all customers with a greeting helps let the customer know they are there and you saw them. I waited in the store until my actual appointment time. Still no one said anything to me. They didn't know I had a appointment, they didn't know if I already had T-Mobile or not. But because of there lack of customer service they lost a potential new customer. They didn't WOW me!! T-Mobile commercials show the staff having great personalities, happy about doing there jobs and helping the customers. This should be how your direct contact staff members be. Because sometimes they are the first point of contact for most customers. Work on your customer service skills please. read more

Buying a phone here they will charge you $20 just for the privilege of buying a phone. They will not tell you up front and they will not refund it. We had to call T-Mobile to get refund. read more
