This store has a knowledgeable staff that is also eager to help, and does their best to find a solution. One problem can be the amount of specific batteries in the store, and a delay in getting the right product to the customer. I got my phone fixed here in the middle of July and Friday my screen went black. I got it fixed by a certified phone repair woman who told me my screen was not for an iPhone, was missing screws, and was on incorrectly. When I had picked it up from batteries plus in July the screen wasn't even screwed all the way down I could pull it off. So save yourself $300 and find someone who knows what they are doing. And all honestly i wouldn't trust them for anything else but to buy a triple A battery cause it's pre packaged! ‼ read more

I've used this store several times - they always have those hard to find batteries that no one else seems to have, whether it is car remote, watch battery, or garage door openers. They also have bulbs and chargers and offer limited phone repairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm sure I'll be back next time I need a non-standard battery. read more

I would give it a 0 stars if I could. I was told at the register after paying $189 for a screen replacement that if it cracked again, they would replace it for me. I had two people with me that can confirm I was told exactly that. The screen is even loose and clicks when pressing it. I called, and the man on the phone told me that it would not be covered because it was cracked. WHEN WHAT I WAS TOLD IS THAT IF I CRACKED IT AGAIN, IT WOULD BE REPLACED FOR FREE. I would not use batteries plus unless you are okay with the employees not being knowledgeable on their own warranties and promising customers services they cannot render. I will leave a bad review for this company and store anywhere I possibly can. read more

I had a battery explode in my RV. Stopped by the store while on the road to New Orleans. They were closed and I waited for them to open. Did not get their names but the two guys in the store were super helpful and helped me get back on the road quickly!!! Great experience. read more

My battery would not hold a charge. They wanted me to leave my battery for 3 hours to charge. No loaner battery, no offer to get home, nothing. They didn't care how I was supposed to get home. Will never buy a battery from this establishment again. Their manager Robert is very rude. read more

I needed a new battery for my iPhone and live nowhere near an Apple store so I decided to take my phone to be serviced at this store. I got the battery changed and when the phone was returned to me there was fresh blood in the cracks on the back glass where the person doing the repair cut themselves and then never tried to clean this up.. theres many blood borne diseases and i was horrified. After the battery was replaced I noticed that the phone would get really hot and the battery still wasn't working properly and the screen was starting to lift on the top right edge. I took it back and of course the person said it wasn't their fault, that the battery was fine and wouldn't even address the issue of the blood, now dried into my back glass. When I asked for a refund they informed me that they would have to get in touch with the regional manager to ask if there's an option of a refund.. i had to take my phone to the nearest Apple Store and they said that it was DEFINITELY the cheap battery that they had put in at batteries plus bulbs it was swelling up and ruining my phone, not to mention that there was no seal/adhesive put back onto the phone after the work was done to protect the internals of the phone. I also noticed that while I was waiting on them to look at my phone when I brought it back to batteries plus, another person came in that had recently gotten a battery replacement and their screen had also lifted just like mine Except this person had to pay for a new screen to be put on their phone. I had to pay for the repairs twice because batteries plus does not know what they're doing. I would not recommend taking cell phones here for repair. read more

No place compares when it comes to having a variety of batteries and other random things you don't think you need. I've needed an A23 12 volt battery for my garage door opener for a month now. I knew this would be the only place that could help me. I tried Lowe's first on a whim, no luck. Stopped here and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Seriously. I went in with my opener and the nice young man knew exactly what I needed. He placed the battery for me and even offered knowledge about why the openers use such a high voltage. Who knew? Anyway, the battery was $4 and it felt like a small price to pay to not have to climb out of my car (in the rain), go through the front door, through my house into the garage to open the garage door, get back in my car to drive into the garage. Have been to this store 5 or 6 times in last 3 years. I've taken my problems to them each time and so far they are batting 1000. I've replaced a battery in cordless phone, cell phone, and have purchased batteries for my mower and for my car. Only once has any item failed until recently when one of the car batteries was weak. It was less than two weeks before the warranty ran out. I received a new battery and was in and out in 30 minutes. James was a super helper although everyone there has consistently been professional and courteous. Also, on a previous visit they spent about 25 minutes testing my dead battery (different car) and finally determined it was a small problem that they suggested I could solve and sure enough it cost me almost nothing to do it myself. On 1/19/2016 I purchased a battery for a generator which cost $82.00. Got home with the battery to find that it would not fit. Went to the store on 1/20/2016 in an attempt to see if they had a battery a little smaller that would fit my generator. In short, they were unable to locate a battery that would fit. I requested a refund of my money in order to see if I could go somewhere else to purchase a battery. The store manager stated that I had paid cash and that they were unable to refund cash back on purchases over $20.00. He did say that they could give me a store credit. One problem, I didn't need anything in the store and still needed a battery for my generator. My point, it cost me $82.00 to learn a lesson not to do business with this place. read more
