I had my ear speaker replaced however they didn't mention to me that doing so makes FACE ID not work. Unfortunately this is a company phone which my company apps need FACE ID to open. After I realized it no longer worked I asked Nick about it and he said sorry that should have been told to you. I told him I would have to come back to get the old speaker put back in, when I arrived another gentleman was there and knew nothing about it. He contacted Nick who told him he threw it away, but I told him my last communication with Nick was I'd be back. To bad so sad now I no longer have FACE ID, looks like my company is out the $80 plus now they have to get me a new phone.

Husband took it to a man who works on radios and the man fixed it in one day. He said they never replaced the part and as soon as you open it up they haven't even soldered 3 places that were suppose to be soldered. That was just wrong to do a customer that way. They greeted, assisted, upsold, made your shopping experience enjoyable. Not only did they style their own outfits to a tee (please put them in a catalog)... they had TRUE personality. That is something so many retail stores struggle with these days. Mind you, I have not been in Guess in years! I never liked the bedazzled "GUESS" plastered on the women's shirts, however, I do enjoy their jeans. Guess has actually stepped it up over the years with their selection. Someone in corporate is trying to cater to more than one or two select groups and they are clearly tired of being several years behind. Parking is always really easy and the store is wide open and plenty bright to find all of those riveting office supplies you may be in the market for. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have had to wait a few times for some of the printed items. But I also have been very last minute on some things that they have worked with me on in the past. As long as I live and work over this way, this will be my go-to store for all things office supply related.
