We switch from Xfinity to T-Mobile for our WiFi. So far the streaming has been great and saved us a lot of money!!!

Sometimes app does not do autopay and I have a difficult time signing in. They are my phone service and it's frustrating.

The short version: These people are scammers who will lie straight to your face. It blows my mind a company can operate like this in 2025. It's a clown show in there. This is a review for this specific store, not T-Mobile as a company. I traded in a phone here under one of their promotions to get a newer phone. Several things went wrong. 1) the store took my trade in and sent it to T-Mobile, they did not indicate it was part of a trade in or link it to my account in any capacity. This resulted in my service being shut off 3 months later for overdue payment that showed up for only 1 day. The overdue payment was 3 months of backdated credit from my trade in. T-Mobile says they never received my trade in. How could that be possible? I traded it IN THE STORE. Anyway, after 2 hours on the phone with customer service I get this figured out. Have to pay $100 to get my service turned back on and wait 2 months for the promo to take effect and get it credited back to me. 2) the gentlemen that sold me the phone signed me up for insurance that I explicitly declined. I only learned of this after going back to the store a second time to get another family member a phone and the new person I was working with pointed it out to me. read more

Went in for the Tmobile umbrella... physically had 4 of the 5 phones i was trying to redeem for... other my daughter took to school... i asked if he could look up my account... said no.. he believes i had the line but wouldnt look it up to give the other umbrella... as a stock holder this way of dealing with keeping a customer happy is very upsetting and falls short of keeping a customer happy.... This was my second attempt at this location...I will never step foot in that store again. I had called TMobile for help. I was advised to go to a store. I'm from Boynton Beach, so I went over there. Of course I waited because the store are always short staffed. I'm a pretty patient person. Finally a young man called me up to the counter. I told him my situation. I had gotten a new phone from an insurance claim after my old screen cracked. Helping transfer all the data and information I had on my phone proved to be a real task. My phone would get to a certain point and stop the download. Rejiv was not going to give up until he got it right, and that's exactly what he did! Unfortunately, due to the amount of data I had, and because my phone kept locking up right before completion, this took hours and hours. But during that time I got to watch all of their associates in action. There were SO NASTY customers that came in, and your employees all kept their cool and did their best to address whatever situation was being brought to them. I complimented three other employees on their professionalism after their nasty customers were gone. We're in a society where everyone is so quick to complain, I try to make it equally so where I will praise when I see things being done right. We went to Best Buy and Metro before we stopped in to this store. Taha gave us great one on one service. He explained a new plan and patiently showed me how to work my new iphone. Other associates also helped us while we waited for our information to download on our new phones. We got great service and much better phones. Taha was a lifesaver! read more

I went into this T-Mobile store to add a OnePlus 8 to my new activated T-Mobile service. The Rep brought out the last OnePlus 8 phone in stock and every time I went to look at OnePlus 8 he told me to stand 6 feet away. The way the Rep control this situation I understood, this is the world we now live in. Because of this, I was never given the opportunity to take a closer look at the phone I was buying. When I got home I found a crack on the back of the phone. I went back the store to explain this to a manager and I was told that the policy is that once the phone was out the T-Mobile door there is nothing he could do. I know I didn't do this. Since I was never given the opportunity to take look at time of purchased, this policy doesn't apply to my situation. The box was not seal when I got home. I told the rep that I will take care of everything because I need get the information from Fi-Google with the porting information. I repeated myself,Please do not anything I will do this myself. I do not understand how I got a phone in box that was not sealed in box. I was offered by the Store Manager, since I did take the insurance on the phone, he will credit me the deductible. With this scenario I will be paying $16 per month with only one claim left for the year. The phone works, I can't waste a claim on a working phone. I purchase a brand new phone, brand new phones should not have cracks. The old policy doesn't match with the stores new policy with distancing. This could have been avoid by putting up Plexiglas dividers, provide disposable gloves. I ask another rep why they have not taken these measures: "They do not want to spend the money" This phone had the crack prior to me taking ownership. Avoid this store till they could figure a way to get the old policy to work with the new policy. read more

I don't know why I went back to this one. They are scam artists. I went there on Black Friday and was given a deal that I was just notified I don't qualify for. I traded in my iPhone for a new one. The deal they gave me is invalid because I do not have unlimited data. Customer service is awful too. The guy in the phone was so rude and told me I should have read the terms and conditions at the store. I said how can they sell me a deal I don't even qualify for? My bill will be $15 more because of the phone. So he tells me I can get the same deal if I pay $20 extra a month for unlimited data. That's even more money than if I just pay for this phone without the Black Friday deal. This company takes no responsibility for a clerk in the store selling you a deal your account does not even qualify for. read more

I would give a zero star if I could. Was cheated of 21 dollars shipping charge. The shipping charge online was free so the manager said he will reimburse after the product is shipped. He said I just need to call them. However, the representative on the phone said I have to get it from the store. In the end, the manager never refunded my shipping charge. I am a 17 yr old customer to T-Mobile. and never was I treated with such disrespect. I went to this location which I've been going to since I moved down here because of their nice service and caring for their customers. I see new faces. I wen to this location with my family to replace 3 phones. The Woman (didn't get her name) that ( I wouldn't say Helped) me not only made me lose interest in a $1000 phone which I had my heart in getting, gave me a hard time with paying my bill. giving me information that she couldn't explain, made me feel rushed, hovered over me, she didn't even help me in explaining why one phone was better than the other. I had to call T-mobile to assist me with not only my bill, but to explain to me what she couldn't. I even asked her to help someone else because I not only uncomfortable with her, she was getting me so upset. she reply's that I would have to wait longer if i do that, Now its not easy for me to get around due to It is hard for me to walk, I use a cane. and this is the closest store for me. and due to that T-Mobile is retiring the 3g-4g network, I have no choice to replace 3 great conditions phones. I felt trapped. everyone was staring and no-one would help. then she talks to my son's friend who she assumed she was my daughter about my account!! What type of service is this. I decided on 3 phones that I didn't want at all. I asked she what is that $30 charge she tells me that i have to pay $90 in upgrade fees. Since when T-Mobile charges upgrade fees. then she said that is how T-Mobile makes their money, and she then keeps on and charges me 3 separate charges for 3 phones that is on ONE account. now she said I have 14 days to return the phones if Im not happy. so I went back yesterday with my husband and surprisingly got her again. I came back to get the phone I wanted and she said s I have to pay $70 extra for restocking fees. I was confused. I guess maybe I never in my 17 yrs had to return and switch my phone I didn't know about this. But she never mentioned it to me. She said she circled it. she circled the 14 days. and she dismissed me in front of my husband. she didn't even try to help she was ready to get me out of the store. so now I just got screwed not only on a $90 upgrade fee, but with phones I never wanted. so for me to get the phone i want I have to pay $340 plus $70 restocking fee plus $30 upgrade fee. with taxes looking at maybe close to $600. $400 more I can pay the phone in full. the worst part no one will help. and I'm disgusted and not happy and taken as a complete fool. especially in front of my children and husband. I am not surprised this T mobile has such bad reviews. Was cheated out by one of their employees over a very small shipping charge. Was told that I will get refunded and never did. Went their numerous times and the manager didnt refund my money. They lost my business because now, i will just call the service center. I rather let the service headquarter get my money than unethical employees. I bought new phones too. Our blackberrys were falling apart. We had to tape the balls to the phone to keep them from falling out. We decided that we had to turn in our ghetto looking phones to some real cool fly stuff. When we walked in, I wasn't sure what phone I wanted. I was torn between getting a blackberry or a mytouch. Kristy, our representative, did a great job with describing what phone might suit our needs. Chris knew he wanted to get the bold and I settled for the my touch 4g. I still can't stop playing with this thing. It takes some time getting used to since I was hooked on the buttons for most of my life. Now, this touch screen thing makes me really feel old or should I say young? I guess we're getting with the times. We actually didn't have to break the bank with a new account plan. Wooohoo! i left verizon after 21 years because t mobile had a good deal to switch.this was the first big mistake i made. i am a veteran and they offer a discount for vets so after a year of a two year contract i get a text that says i have to show proof that i am still a vet. my first question was why, what makes them think i am no longer a vet, so like a jerk i try to do it on my phone.mistake number one. i go to the store in delray beach and its locked and people are waiting outside thinking they are on lunch, but no!! they never showed up for work.i go back the next day and they cant do it also.in disgust, i went home, called again and wanted to pay off my contract and never try t mobile again.the tech support guy, great guy by the way, found another way to verify me being a vet. i did what he suggested and it worked.this company is good for calling your friends but anything else and your all alone.i will not renew my contract and i will go back to verizon because they are still the best company.do yourself a favor and do what i am going to do. read more

Such liars!!! Don't do it!!! Don't sign up with T-Mobile!! They absolutely guarantee you your bill will be one monthly price and it's at least $25 to $50 more than promised. They also gave me a "free" tablet with the promise of no extra charges - low and behold $20 more bucks a month for the data line. I tried to return and there was a fucking restocking fee.
