She recently purchased internet service and when I tried connecting her service, there was an issue which prompted us to come to the store. There was a young lady there, only one, and she was very attentive with helping my grandmother and her issue. Turns out they have to order a new one by overall, I think this place has great offers for a low price. People on fixed incomes like my grandmother can really appreciate their offers.

I am sure there's a good explanation, but the majority of work we had done in our home was done weeks ago and I have still not gotten my final invoice. The uncertainty associated with the cost is really concerning me and my husband. Making matters worse is the fact that I've emailed them several times and feel like I'm getting the run around. It's a shame, because I otherwise had a really good experience with this company. I just hope the reason for the delay in getting the invoice isn't because they do not know how much time/materials were spent on the job. Every other person we hired submitted their invoices to us weeks ago.

I wanted to check with my condo manager to see if my particular condo complex had them as a requirement, and one of the technicians said that if I couldn't get in touch with the manager they would have to leave. His tone was very condescending and uncalled for. I am a new Condo owner and wanted to be careful about creating a fire hazard. I am complaining about the tone of voice used, which this technician should be more aware of when interacting with customers. When I mentioned this to the second technician, he did apologize but essentially laughed about it and called me rude. I don't think getting a second opinion from the property manager should be considered "rude".

The difference has definitely been noticeable. Our yard used to be quite uncomfortable because of mosquitoes, but now we can actually enjoy being outside without getting bitten up. A huge shoutout to our technician, Shawn. He is punctual, professional, and friendly. I really appreciate how thorough and transparent the whole process is--they wear a camera while working, which gives me peace of mind, and they always send a text to let me know when they're on their way. Before starting the service, Shawn checks in to see if there are any areas needing extra attention, and afterward, they leave a slip of paper indicating exactly what was completed. The follow up includes the start/end time of service, their license numbers, products used, hand application methods, and targeted insects. Our pool area is always extra well taken care of!! You can tell they genuinely care about doing a great job and making sure customers are happy. It is worth the money!

We paid Heritage to purchase and plant 7 Green Giant Arborvitae trees at our home on April 27,…read more2021. The proposal stated that all plants came with a one year replacement guarantee. Brandon Schlotz was our assigned project manager The trees were brown and dying by fall of 2021. We contacted Brandon who was very responsive. We were asked to "wait for the trees to come out of winter" He assured me that they would honor the guarantee no matter how long it took for the trees to recover. Spring came and the trees never recovered. Brandon was out here and when he began to dig under a couple of the trees he pulled out rope, and burlap. Shaking his head, he told us that he would be in touch with next steps. We also called a professional arborist to come take a look at the trees to be sure we were doing everything in our power to take good care of the trees. We were told we had done everything right. In November of 2022 Heritage says they sent someone out here to do a "deep seed fertilization" which did nothing to improve the trees. We contacted Brandon again and in Feb of 2023 he agreed that the trees needed to be replaced. We were told to wait until spring for new trees to be in from Home Nursery. In March of 2023 Brandon contacted us to say trees were in but that he would suggest we go with a different variety called Excelsa - we agreed. After researching ourselves we asked to purchase an 8th tree since this variety does not grow as wide as our original Green Giants. Brandon said he would be onsite for this planting since he said, "I should have watched more closely the first time." On April 5, 2023 Heritage came out and removed the 7 dead trees. Brandon suggested we buy a 9th tree to be sure we filled the space properly, so we did. The crew planted 9 Excelsa. We were charged an additional $610 for the 8th and 9th trees. THIS invoice was paid on 5/21/23 and it NOW states "Plant comes with one replacement within one year after the installation date". Within 2 months the trees began to look very bad. We attempted to contact Brandon, left messages for him and got no response. We sent numerous emails to Brandon and copied the company general email address as well Mike Estund. We sent pictures of the trees with no response. We were beyond frustrated and rather than asking them to replace the trees, we requested a FULL REFUND and for them to come out and remove the trees. Finally on 7/13/23 we spoke with Mike Estund who was definitely not interested in helping us. He was terribly rude even saying "How the hell did you kill 16 of my trees?!" He refused a refund by saying the guarantee was for ONE TIME ONLY. He also told us that he couldn't just remove the trees and leave empty holes because that would be a liability for his company. The conversation ended with Mike saying he would send us an email stating what he agreed to do and wanted it in writing that we wanted the trees removed and that we would take responsibility for the empty holes. That email from him never came and all further emails from us to them have gone unanswered. The now 8 dead trees (one is still hanging on) are still sitting standing and we are out $3060.00
