And she answered like 20 or 30 questions for me. And so I decided to switch my phone over in the store. I came in with my AT&T account number and pin. And had previously unlocked my phone. They were able to port my number to T-Mobile and switch my service over right while I was in the store. They made it super easy. And I ordered a new iPhone 7 plus while I was in the store. Now here's the best part, T-mobile's service in this area is just as good as AT&T. I literally get the same amount of bars, I check it against my work phone on AT&T. I just took this phone with me to Hong Kong and had unlimited data while I was there. I travel and so far the service has been great. And plus I don't have to worry about going over my data plan. I highly recommend this store and T-Mobile service. I really should have switched sooner. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Everyone in the store just looked at me like slack jawed yokels when I tried to get it fixed. Luckily the excellent customer service at T-Mobile helped me with the issue, but if you are looking to find someone who knows what they are taking about avoid this store like the plaque.
