I went into this store because I was having challenges logging into my Google account. The sales associate was extremely helpful. Had almost completed our business when her manager said, "take this customers money to pay his bill." No...excuse me or sorry to interrupt, just take his money. Bottom line, super rude manager with horrible people skills. We pay our bill auto deduct every month on time and were treated like gum on her shoes. Show some decorum to all customers; excuse yourself. Granted this was not a Tmobile issue but have some manners. Lots of carriers. We don't HAVE to stay with Tmobile. read more

Went in to buy a iPhone charger and they didn't have any. How do you not have phone chargers for the phones you sell??

Jacob was super patient and helpful with us today. We weren't credited the full amount for a trade in promotion and he stayed on the phone with support to ensure we were credited the expected amount. Service is totally unprofessional and rude, far away from courteousness and politeness. To all people do not buy any cellphone at this store or if you have to, check IMEI number on the screen, under battery and on the box. All of them should match. Otherwise you might have a problem with warranty. This store also charged additional "convenience fee" when you pay a bill at this store. I recommend to avoid this terrible place. read more

these people are very, very rude especially one polish girl that works there (there are two, the fatter one is really rude!!!!) they have 4-5 workers there and they take their sweet a$$ time to do their job while there is a line out the door!!!! i went there to pay my bill and it to me 40 f$&@$&@ minutes to pay it!!!!! and so then i complain, and a worker there laughs at me?!!!!! after i post this, i am calling corporate, my fiancé was waiting for me in the car and was just like "wtf took so long?!!!" i will never go to that rude a$$ place again, and if i could i would give no stars!!!!!!! read more
