I visited this location on Friday, 04/17/26, at approximately 6:00 p.m. to upgrade my phone and followed the check-in process, selecting "upgrade phone." I received a text at 6:04 p.m. confirming I was checked in. The only time I was spoken to was when I first walked in and was told to check in. After that, I waited an hour if not more with no acknowledgment or updates. At the beginning, there were three employees on the floor, including someone I believe was the manager. During my wait, one employee left for the day, and two additional employees returned from I assume their break. Shortly after, those two employees went to the back with the believed manager for about 20 minutes, leaving only one employee to assist customers. It is unprofessional to leave one employee on the floor while multiple customers are waiting and three employees are in the back. I was not helped until around 7:00 p.m. or later, only to be told the phone I wanted was out of stock and would need to be ordered. This is not an inventory issue it is a lack of professionalism and communication. If customers are asked the reason for their visit at check-in, there should be protocols to manage wait times and expectations. A simple update would have save me time and the employee time. I have never experienced this at any location ,and my family and I have been AT&T customers since the Cingular days. So, this experience was very disappointing. The staff did seem friendly but the overall customer service and communication was subpar. read more

Mohammad greeted us as we walked in and helped us super quick with what needed but didn't really help us with issues with our service. We (my sisters and I) wanted to see if he was gonna talk us into something better as my sister was unhappy with her phone and service and bill bc of the fact that when she opened her account they gave her one price and it was higher then what she was told. We wanted to see if he would have had some kind of knowledge of an offer for us three. But nothing. He heard my sisters story looked to see what she was having phone issues. He did check her settings but my sister realized he wasn't as knowledgeable and so she said to his face she was just gonna go back to Criket, Boost or Verizon bc Verizon never gave her issues - and her saying that Mohammad was just like ok without even trying to maybe see if we can stay so that made us three decide we will be canceling AT&T bc they charge soooo sooo much for everything. Came to this AT&T store ready to buy two phones but had such a bad experience. The girl at the front desk with straight hair (extensions) was super rude. She barely answered me, gave one word replies, and spent the whole time looking at her phone and laughing at videos while I was talking to her. I had to go to another location where they actually gave me proper service and I ended up buying both phones. Really disappointed with this store. read more

Please invest in better customer service training for your team. The representative who assisted me (a young, short woman with glasses) was incredibly dismissive and made it difficult for me to even speak. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh, and her attitude came across as rude and confrontational. The entire interaction left me frustrated and annoyed. Customers deserve respect and basic courtesy--unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Be patient with customers... We don't always understand how plans and upgrades work. read more

There is a customer parking lot across the street from store. I went to the store because my IPhone stated I have no SIM card installed, however it is. A guy greeted me from the counter + took my name, but no #. I waited about 15 mins for a rep who was ok, but did not give his name or a business card. The vibe was ok, nothing extra. We are a family of iPhones.. and my Moms phone malfunctioned over the weekend when most stores are closed .. we were concerned about making the time to go during weekday hours. My mom is 86 and she uses her iPhone to play games and make calls. Luckily I googled this store and realized that I could possibly make in time. Which I did. The phone has a funky issue that unless you see it in action. It's hard to explain. This is where I was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me. Ziad. He sensed my frustration and guided me to what we could do and try. He was very patient and emphatetic and offered me solutions. Long story short with his attention to customer service. I wanted to return a phone that I did not purchase there. I know you can only return them to Att corporate store. They are a corporate store and was told that I had to return it to the store at which I bought it. When I said that was in otter t the girl became very rude and nasty. I left the store and called them and was told after being on hold for 15 minutes that yes I could return it there but not today. No explanation and she hung up on me. I hate these "jerks"! I went to this store one night a half hour before closing and they told me their kiosk was down. They refused to manually take my payment and told me (and another customer that stated he was handicapped) to go to their other stores. Then they went back to vacuuming and cleaning up.dcjumu Yes I rushed to Yvette Bmh the facility in rte 83 and Cicero in Crestwood. Their kiosk was down but they offered to take my money manually. I cannot say enough good things about Jose. He helped me with getting an upgrade for my phone the other day. He also assisted me when I came in with the problem this morning. I am disabled and walk with a cane and so when I was trying to get across the street a car was turning and had stopped to let me get across the car behind him was not paying attention and ends up hitting him. Jose ran out once you saw me laying in the street. It was very helpful and got me back up on my feet and assisted me to my car in the parking lot on the other side of the street. He really went the extra mile and I definitely appreciate that. If you're ever looking for a phone from AT&T stop by the store on 95th and ask for Jose. Every time I go to this store it's 2 sales persons helping 1 person. 3 patrons in store waiting.. What's really going on? I went in and stood for 30 min while I watched 3 people chilling like they where at home watching direct tv or something. Someone needs to learn multitasking. I am trying to cancel my at-t service. I was told by the phone "customer service" people to bring the equipment to the store down the street from me. I got there and they said they were not a "corporate store" and they couldn't help me. They sent me to this toilet bowl. They guaranteed it was open until 9 p.m. The website said it was open until 9 p.m. I got there at 8:15 and it was closed. I knocked on the door and the arrogant haircut tried to ignore me. He finally came over and with this typical D-Bag smugness he told me that he couldn't help me. I held up the phone with the website on it saying they were open until 9 p.m. He just smirked and pointed to the stickers on the door saying they closed at 8 p.m. If you aren't going to help a customer - you will succeed in the at-t universe. Never again! I went in because this is the store I always deal with. It's within walking distance of my house so it's always been an easy choice. This place is a joke! Complete rip off! My iPhone had a cracked screen along with some hardware issues. The gentleman that helped me (after a long wait) denied any hardware issues and said my phone was working just fine. Not true! I couldn't make or receive calls! He then went on to tell me I needed to head to the apple store and purchase apple care in order to have my screen fixed. You CAN NOT purchase apple care on an 11 month old cracked phone! Trust me- I tried! Apple clearly states this is in no way shape or form possible. AT&T sells iPhones. How can they spread such false information to loyal customers. Once I decide he was wrong and that wasn't the solution I go to them again. This time I say I just want to buy a new phone outright. I get that I had no insurance or apple care. They want to charge me almost $500 just for the phone. Not a huge deal. Until I found out from apple it was still under warranty after all. Apple was able to sell me the phone, case and a year of apple care for $200! This place is ridiculous. The only thing I experienced was poor customer service, wrong information and a blatant attempt to over charge me for a product. They have lost my business for good. read more

The customer service skills with the manager is very unpleasant. At the end of the conversation she told us that she explained all that she could, and since she is a manager she needed to go and see how the other people were doing. She came off very short, and made it seem like we were wasting her time. Then we got handed off to another representative who was actually very helpful and provided a clear concrete answer and took the time to write out the differences and help us understand what was expected. However, since we got handed off to someone else we had to go through the entire process of explaining what the problem was which was frustrating. read more

Went in for ONLY wireless services and devices and later discovered my card was billed for Direct TV service that we explicitly refused! I returned to get this rectified and the ass...ociate played it as if I didn't hear him correctly, say what? TWO people (wife and I) didn't hear him? GTFO! I would've known I was getting new Direct TV service because you would've explained how to access it, what channels etc etc right? but none of that was mentioned meaning he just tacked it on along with the highest tier services and everything else he could get a commission on. Next time Mr.Cubas just say, I messed up Mr. customer I apologize. This being a corporate at&t store it surprised me that he couldn't get this cancelled and my card refunded and even said "You will not get a refund" he just downloaded At&t apps onto my phone in an attempt to cancel the unwanted service from there. Got phone in November went out in December paid 125 for replacement. Few months later replacement does the same thing now paying 225 and getting punished they cancelled insurance because it's less than a year. Not owner damage. Sent message per your request no one answered, sent more got a link to chat that told me no one is available try again later. Got a call from a rep who said sorry we can't help you but here are options for us to pay more money. I explained multiple times not owner damage. Cant file complaint in writing or it cost 200.00 according to the fine print. He didn't want to listen and said anything else. Call me back when we have a resolution not trying to sell me more stuff or options to spend more. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not go to this location. They do not honor appointments. The security guard allowed walk-ins to go in front of me. I asked to speak to a manager. The door was slammed in my face. I was then accused of not having an appointment. I showed him my email proving I had one. He opened the door and said he didn't appreciate my attitude. I then stood up for myself and for that, I was kicked out by an equally ignorant and rude manager. AT&T, I have only had you as a provider since my first cell phone. My brother came home from school and wanted to open his own account. The rep told him he couldn't use his Citibank debit card to pay. He sarcastically told us we should go down the street to Harris Bank and apply for a credit card. It was literally one of the stupidest statements I've heard from any customer service rep. 1) We never said we didn't have a credit card so his advice was unwarranted and stereotypical. 2) You work at a cell phone store, I need you to sell me a phone not tell me where I should go to a credit card. Also the engineern technician his name was James came out to North Clark Street was so nice that he was able to help me while we were moving furniture. He went above and beyond to help me get connected they both need to be promoted. read more

I was given a phone case as a gift and told I could not make a return since it was over 14 days... there is a global pandemic, stores were not even open. I would have gotten the right phone case in the first place if the store employee didn't actually switch out the original case that I had and tell me that I was buying the wrong size case!!!!
