Last month I received my bill and they tried to increase me from 70.00 to 80.00. When i called their answer was everything goes up. Hate doing business with liars. So I don't. Stay away. read more

Well it's the only one near to me, went in yesterday bought a charge cord gal was very nice cleaned my phone and answered all my questions, today I go in to buy another charge cord and the big gal sold it to but with these words "you know your going to have to upgrade before the years over? I said we'll I'm not going to worry, she said " well, don't say I didn't warn you with all the changes. I left the building called 611 and was told I don't have to upgrade because my phone will be compatible to the new changes. So don't let them manipulate you into a new phone call 611 and speak to the professionals. The other young gal with all the make up has the most horrible customer service. Do not sign up for just the T-Mobile internet. I waited for 3 weeks in December 2021 for their internet device. I tracked it and the shipper records said "delivered to front door." On January 1, 2022, after a 2 1/2 hours of transfers and waiting and waiting. They finally discovered that it was returned back to T-Mobile. I was put on hold again to figure out when to Re ship it to me. THEN IT DAWNED on me that I did not want to deal with this company's disorganization! I hung up and called back the next day and was told everything was cancelled. Well I was charged $50.00 on my credit card. I disputed the charge and still I am fighting to prove that I do not owe T-Mobile $5.00. SUCH A DISORGANIZED COMPANY! Deal with only VERIZON and SUDDENLINK. read more

I went to T-Mobile a few days ago in Bullhead City (inside Walmart parking). I got locked out of My i-cloud and it happened to me about 8 months ago and this same T-Mobile 8 months ago couldn't help me. So I had to schedule an appointment with apple in Las Vegas. That whole process took almost 3 weeks and the apple guy in Vegas took him 40 minutes to unlock and get me into my I-cloud. So here I am again. Waited in line at T-Mobile in BHC for almost 45 minutes and Joanna (Asst Manager) HELPED me. Took me 5 minutes to explain my situation and I kid you not. Joanna got my phone and about 4 minutes tops. Unlocked it, got me back into my I-cloud and I was out the door. That was Professionalism at its highest. She was very kind and patient. I totally recommend Joanna at T-Mobile in BHC! Went to t mobile regarding an issue with my phone service, spoke to Jonathan and I must say that I will never recommend this service/ company to anyone! They try to make you upgrade your phone even though its not necessary and then get extremely upset with you when you don't want to upgrade! Left the store called the 611# and there is no reason for me to upgrade my phone, they just want you to spend more money and the minute you don't reach for that wallet their customer service goes out the window. Because of the service I experienced with this specific employee, I'm seriously considering switching services indefinitely. This employee was so disrespectful and tacky. My phone lost it after too many visits to questionable porn sites and pre paid doesn't offer a phone warranty...oh no! Luckily the guys there knew just what to do in my situation and I was back up in no time. I think I'll upgrade to the newest phone someday if I get a job. A bigger screen would be nice. About 2/3 the price of our Sprint bill (which I thought was a deal.) The biggest downside is that the CEO likes to virtue signal about how PC he is. But the next three days the store never opened up as I have been unable to pick up my new device. Store is also owned by a franchisor as can't even complain to T Mobile themselves. Jennifer was very rude and unhelpful. Went in today because my phone will not hold a charge and is inoperable. As soon as she heard that I didn't want an upgrade and I just needed a replacement, she handed me a pamphlet and told me to call and file a claim myself. I had to use a friend's phone to do that and as soon as I was done, I was told my phone would be shipped to me. I needed my phone replaced same day, I had already called to see that my phone was in stock. But no, she refused to help me (probably because she knew there'd be no commission). Everytime we have been in this store with Justin in there it is uncomfortable for all customers as he is usually on phone while customers are waiting! New to Bullhead City and am pleased with the mobile tower explanations and spotty coverage by all the different choices. Today, I met a young man named Justin and he was one of the most well-informed sales associates I have met. I usually get good service at t-mobile, but Justin really went out of his way to help the customers in front of me and myself with a very friendly disposition. I was considering adding lines and getting new phones and he helped explain to me all my options and cost associated. This man really knows his stuff from plans and rates to specs and models. There is getting good service and then there is learning and being educated about the products and services being offered and Justin did just that, good job Justin!!! read more
