went here this morning to buy a new phone. i planned on buying a new iphone 17pro max but they wanted to only make me change my phone plan and didnt listen to what i was saying they are only focused on trying to make a commission on a new plan rather then listen to a customer and take his almost $1300 and let him do what he wants to do with his phone plan .. be careful these people try to act like there is no other option but to do what they say luckily i am smarter then to fall for that .. after i left the store we called tmobile to leave a formal complaint then drove the 200plus miles home and went to a tmobile store near my home where they gladly sold me a phone and did not push me to sign a new phone plan contract oh and BTW the manager kept telling me my plan was going away and they were raising my rates but when we called tmobile to make the complaint the tmobile worker on the phone confirmed my plan was not going to increase in price like the store manager insisted on .. i reccomend going somewhere else or you may get scammed and end up with a new contract when you do not want one read more

Staff needs training. I tried the home Internet and it was a total dud. I returned my tower within 14 days at this store. I called customer service afterwards and was told there would be no charge and not to worry if I got a bill. Then I got a big bill that had already been referred to a collection agency. Then I had to spend 4 hours on the phone with a nice rep who said "this never happens... this wasn't supposed to happen" 400 times. Then I went to the store and they were unable to find my receipt from turning in the tower because the search terms they used were ridiculous. Don't do it! read more

went to this t moblile store in Bullhead city AZ, they never tell you the price of service, but when you get the bill, which is online, they will not send you a paper bill, it was full of charges that i did not need or have, i had my own cell and watch and they were charging me for these and other things, the woman in charge was very rude and did adjust the monthly charge but still over charged me for 2 months and would not adjust these charges. i would not do business with this company. this is the 3rd party and seem to do whatever they want. Do not buy anything from this store, they will not help you but you will get a inflated bill and no help from them. read more

I had a work related emergency, and my phone had completely broke. I went in to this location trying to get a new phone. I was about to spend $400+ on a new phone when Michael saw that I had insurance on the phone. He suggested he could give me an activated sim card that I could use on my girlfriend's phone until I could send my phone in to fix. Above and beyond service from Michael, I am in shock of how much money he saved me and how hospitable he was. Thank you so much. read more

Horrendous! Absolutely, horrendous service. The manager gave out wrong information and disparaged another T-Mobile store, assistant manager accused me of saying something I didn't and tried to charge me $70 to return a defective phone, several clerks are smug and condescending. They are more concerned about who is going on a coffee run and socializing with each other than paying attention to the needs of the customer. read more

Completely rude and not helpful all I wanted to do was unlock my phone so I could switch carriers because the cell service is so terrible and I was told to call customer service and deal with it myself what is the point of having a store. is it just to sell phones and not provide any support? I think the root of the problem is there's no commission providing customer service you should pay your employees enough so that they're willing to help everyone with whatever comes in the door and if you're not willing to help T-Mobile customers you shouldn't be allowing them to represent you as a retailer I worked in the store I know what's possible and I also know that people are just being lazy read more

I don't even want to give this one star. I hated this place when it was sprint and I hate it more now. I don't understand why there is only 1 store with a few employees that are slow, rude and totally incompetent. I don't know where the nice employees went to that were at the closed store. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, literally everything this place isn't. There always TONS of people waiting. No matter the time of day or what day. I think I have actually made it to a person 1 time to be helped due to the humongous line and FOREVER wait. Then when u get there, they have extreme limited options on merchandise...everything is a "we would have to order that". I CAN DO THAT MYSELF ONLINE!! I would rather drive to Las Vegas or California to a tmobile than ever go here...and I have. I've also gone to Kingman. Something seriously needs to be done. A 2nd store? Bigger store? More employees for sure. It's so small and slow, a person can't even view the merchandise because you can't move around, there are people ALWAYS standing in front of every item waiting. Terrible service. I went into store with text message from t mobile saying phone was not compatible with t mobile 5G and to go to store and get I phone se on them. Went to this store and Gary said "no to get new phone I had to change plans and pay $40 mor a month". I went to Las Vegas and stopped into t mobile stop there and they said "no problem and gave me a new I phone se with no hassle. I decided to sign up for 5G home internet. Had problem with Gateway and tech support said to take it to any store and get new Gateway. Went to this store and they refused to give me new Gateway out of their inventory and said they had to order new one and I had to wait for it to come in. Cruz (salesman was trying to help me get it that day so I could have internet but manager refused) said it would be in on Tuesday. No response so went there on Wednesday and still no gateway. Got Gary again who was very rude (as well as I was due to his attitude) who said they only way they would give me one out of their inventory was to cancel the original order and pay $35 activation fee (a fee I didn't pay when I got the service from store in Las Vegas). I recently went to the local T-Mobile store. There was one man and three-four women. All the women were training, and only the man knew what he was doing thoroughly. This poor guy, he would be trying to help our girl, then another girl would come and butt in. Then a third girl came over and shoved her tablet in his face. So, this guy must help all three girls at one time. This is so unprofessional. There should be more trainers if that many trainees. There were not enough tablets/computers, so they were all sharing, and in some cases just out right taking one that was being used, just happened to be left on the counter for a second to move to grab something. I asked my girl a question, she kept saying "I am new, I don't know that he can answer that when he gets back". Those times never came however, when "he" came back he was always interrupted. He did say he needed to make a phone call to answer a question I had. I asked my girl, "does he needs the tablet still or can I ask you a question about my account while we wait?" She replied, "No, I can help." Great, I asked my question, she clicked a button or two, then stopped. She went back to one of the phones she was working on for us. Never went back to the tablet to answer my question. Instead, another girl came over and swiped the tablet. She never apologized or even noticed that she took it. My girl could not multitask. Her and the girl that took her tablet to help someone else checked their personal cell phones more than a few times while "assisting us". Then at the end of the two hours plus trip in the store, she handed us back our phone once it got transferred over. This is COVID, she did not clean the phone from her handing it. My husband had to ask her for something to clean it. Then she handed him a DRY rag, we had to ask for a wet lens cleaner. She should have cleaned it the first time, correctly. The whole two hours we were there the man was frustrated, every girl was asking him questions every second, and no one waited their turn. They all walked over each other, grabbed everyone's computers and tablets. Not enough tools for the number of staff they had, and they really should have had more than one trainer. read more

Jennifer was very rude and unhelpful. Went in today because my phone will not hold a charge and is inoperable. As soon as she heard that I didn't want an upgrade and I just needed a replacement, she handed me a pamphlet and told me to call and file a claim myself. I had to use a friend's phone to do that and as soon as I was done, I was told my phone would be shipped to me. I needed my phone replaced same day, I had already called to see that my phone was in stock. But no, she refused to help me (probably because she knew there'd be no commission). Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this location again. read more
