So I get punished because THEY came 6 HOURS early?? Did not pay the $150. Got screwed out of time I already paid for. Bottom line: Unreliable, shady billing, zero customer service. If you value your time and money, use a different company or learn the hard way!

The lady I talked to said it would be around $150.00 for the two items which I thought was quite high. On 4/30 at 4:27 I got a call that their truck was full and could not pick up my stuff until and next morning. This was very inconvenient for me as I was leaving that evening for Chicago. So I had no choice but to stay to the next morning. The guy said he would be at my place at 8:00 am on Saturday to pick my stuff. I drove from a hotel to my apartment and waited 45 minutes for them. When they got there they said it would be $185.00 for 2 items. I had no choice as I was already late to leave. Junkluggers is a big ripoff company so don't use them.

The staff was exceedingly polite, and willingness to help. They worked fast and respectfully of the yard. The project at my house consisted of removing of an above ground swimming pool that was countersunk into the ground with three levels of retaining wall block that needed to be removed and hauled away. I also had things that weren't in the original quote that they were happy to take for no additional charge. I thought their fee was very reasonable and I was very satisfied with all of the employees especially Derek. Drew was the sales person that waited on me and made it worth the trip to the store he listen to my needs I'm gonna be the best plan for what I needed.
