This place and it sales personnel are horrible. My son and I went in to upgrade our Galaxy phones. At first, the initial salesman - Caleb - tried to sell us a new internet plan for my home. For various reasons, I did not want the plan because I am happy with spectrum. After a 15 minute wait in which the initial salesman consulted with another gentleman, that gentleman came over and introduced himself as the store manager. He asked what the problem was and why weren't we interested in the internet plan. I explained I wasn't interested and let's move on to the phones. He said he had to talk to me about the internet. I said I was not interested at all. He said he was not going to argue with me but when I came in to discuss phone service, it was tacit agreement by me that he could discuss the internet. I again explained I wasn't interested in it. He continued to pursue the internet and I said thank you I'm leaving. I would give both of these sales professionals, and I say that with absolute sarcasm, zero stars. If this is the way AT&T is. I just have to shake my head. Nobody should ever go to this particular AT&T store. read more

I was being helped by Bruce and the experience was absolutely terrible. He bragged about the transfer would be flawless and works perfectly everytime. Nothing transfered properly. I've had more problems with the visual voicemail and he's been absolutely worthless. I've tried to call att directly and they are as worthless as Bruce. Called store and expressed my displeasure and got a cocky response in return. Customer satisfaction here is terrible as a corporate store. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I have been with att for almost 20yrs and Expressed my displeasure with att and the store and he said he could help me generate a number transfer pin , instead of trying to do right by the customer. Told me I could return the phone but would have to pay a 55.00 restock fee and I had 14 days to do so. He was really proud that he was reminding me that "he did his job about the return period and the restock fee" this guy is an absolute clown and his customer experience is a joke. I tried to be respectful last night when we were at the store past closing and he assured us it was fine. He actually said he had to take a smoke break and my wife and I just decided to leave instead of waiting for him to come back in smelling like an ashtray like he did while we were setting up the phone. I guess I will try Verizon and take my money and my lines over there. Good riddance att! read more

Horrible customer service! I have been here three times in the last week and had to deal with a different sales associate every single time rather then the manager who would have been a constant in the scenario. Not to mention the first night we were there they had the music blaring so loud I couldn't hear myself think and had to say something several times before they finally turned it down. After spending 3 days and over 4 hours at this store I still have no phone, no account, and no clear answers. Just advice to call customer service "which arent usually very helpful" . You think they would be a little more attentive to someone offering them their business. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere! read more

I call to ask if they have specific cellphone, so I can go to the store and buy it, someone answer my phone call and told me they are not able to give that information. I don't want to go to the store if they don't have that cellphone I want to buy. That person told me, I should talk with the manager and put on hold my phone call. I'm writing this review and I'm still waiting the manager answer my phone call, (after one-hour waiting). I wish they could have a better customer service, because the manager can be able to see the waiting time in the phone calls. read more

AT&T service is great! AT&T customer support is trash and so is this store. I bought my first iPhone here. I had been saving up quite a while and walked in with enough cash to buy a new iPhone 11. I asked if I could have an employee help me set it up as I'm not a super techy person. Thanks and I left. When I got to looking at my new phone, half the screen was black or very darkly colored. That can't be right, so I brought it back the next day assuming they could help me exchange it for a fully functional one. Nope, they told me to call at&t customer support and there's nothing they can do. I told them I'd just call at the store in case I had any questions. I was transfered like 3 different times and then put on hold until the store closed... "we're sorry but you have to leave". I go to the apple store and they replaced the screen for free, no questions asked. One year later, I'm throwing around the idea of switching carriers. I can't... my phone's carrier locked and nobody can help me unlock it. On AT&T's website, says my name, number, and email don't match any records. I read online that your carrier can unlock your phone once it's been paid off, which mine has been since day one. AT&T can't unlock their own phones??? "go to apple" they say. Apple says go to AT&T. EVERYBODY KNOWS HOW TO POINT A FINGER BUT NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. I have never once gotten help with a darn here. Lazy people work here and will be quick to pass you off to someone else. 2 months ago i went into the store and after discussion with a representative, I upgraded 2 of the phones on my account. Orginally we were told that trade in would be $700 for one of the phones and we were to take the phones home and transfer the data then return the phones we traded in. I went to give them the phones we traded in and now the phone was only worth $350 trade in. Manager discussed with us and said it would be escalated and he would let me know. After 4 weeks, and multiple text and phone calls to the manager, I had no response and lost out on $350. I have been with AT&T for about 20 years. Terrible service and feel I was not given complete information. I will be moving my service to Verizon. Very disappointed. read more

I would like to start off by saying that I've been coming to this store for years and the customer service has always been spot on. Though the people who usually worked here that I've grown accustomed to have moved on and the the complete lack of good customer service has moved in. This is not the first bad encounter that I've had with this store in recent history but I feel that I should make mention of it now. To give some background on the situation, I was offered an equipment upgrade to my DirecTv receiver. I made the appointment a month out as I wasn't ready to give up my recorded shows at the moment. The day before my appointment they called me to cancel as they didn't have the necessary equipment. They then scheduled me for the following week with a window of 12pm-4pm. At 3:50pm I called customer service and they told me the tech was running behind. I waited til 6pm and they never attempted to contact me. I placed a food order around the corner from THIS store location and decided to stop in to ask what the next step is. Big mistake. Upon entering the store front I could see the 3 employees each helping other customers and one person waiting. I decided to glance around the store and patiently wait for someone to come available. Usually if someone is busy they would at least acknowledge you and say "we'll be right with you" or something to that nature. I walked around for 10 minutes and still nothing. One employee finished with a customer and walked him to the door, I thought at least now they would say "hi" and take my name down before helping the next customer. Nope. I waited another 5 minutes and decided to leave as my food was getting cold. No one stopped me on my way to the door. I always welcomed AT&T services as for the longest time the only option was Time Warner and they had the WORST customer service. I'm the type of person who would gladly pay more for a service if it meant a better experience. I guess you guys decided to pay BILLIONS of dollars to buy Time Warner and adopt their terrible treatment of their customers. read more

I have gone to this store for years. I went in last months to upgrade because withe every software installation, I lost all my emails. I was told I could not afford the iPhone 11 as they were very expensive. I was momentarily taken aback, but figured they knew what they were talking about. Wrong. I got an iPhone 10. When I was talking to customer service a couple weeks later, they were surprised at what I was told. Of course, even though there are no contracts I am Locke into this phone for 30 months. The girl could not even tell me what the phone would cost me a month. She said somewhere between this amount and this. If you want to upgrade, do not go into especially this store. Call AT&T and let them send you a phone. I could have gotten an iPhone 11 and $500.00 off!! Staff need to know what they are talking about. Now I have to wait until this phone is paid off to upgrade. Oh boy are these guys smooth talkers or what! They should probably sell used cars... Got conned in to purchasing a tablet when we were told that our bill would just end up being the same even with the addition of a tablet. I was suspicious, but my trusting husband thought this was a swell idea. NOT. Bill was 70 bucks more a month than what we were told. Then we were told they couldn't do anything about it. Interesting. My phone breaks for the 2nd time in 4 months and was given the runaround about obtaining a new phone. Almost a week later and still no phone. I don't get service wherel I work and was told told basically that I was SOL. Please don't go with ATT, even if you are so desperate and they are offering gold plated iPhones for a penny. Terrible customer service, you are treated like scum of the earth by some minimum wage earner sales associate on a power trip. Don't be stupid like I was. Good luck trying to contact a manager ever or trying to get God's, I mean, the district manager's phone number. We simply were not worthy enough to speak to this all powerful being. read more

Customer Service does not exist at the customer service number. My Grandmother who is 86 and has lived at the same house for the last 48 Years of her life recently had to move to make room for the Hall of Fame's Renovations. My mother called almost a week before the move was to happen to set up for my grandma's phone service to be transferred (keeping the same number). She was told that the transfer would be done on the day of the move. Day of the move came and we got to that point of setting up her phone and her life line. We had no service. Upon talking to alyssa and then linda we were told that we were given the wrong information and that the soonest they could have anything taken care of was a week. Which is apparently the amount of time that we were supposed to be told in the first place. All they kept repeating was that they could give her a different number and have her turned on right then , even though we had repeatedly told them that she did not want a new number. At her age its hard enough to remember things. I asked what they were going to do to compensate her... which is when I was told that she would not be charged for the time that she was with out a phone (that was a no brainer there, not doing anything to compensate her there) and that they would waive the Transfer fee ( which we were never even told about at the initial set up call). So really they are not doing anything at all for her inconvenience. She how has to go without her life alert for an entire week ( which if anything happens to her we will look into legal action) To top it off her cell phone service is through here as well and it gets no reception at all so she literally has no way to contact anyone in an emergency. Will not use this company for anything in the future. I myself work in customer service and if something like this happened in my line of work and this was how I "solved" the problem I would be getting talked to by those higher up than me and that customer would be getting the red carpet treatment for their inconvenience. read more

This store signed my elderly Mom up for services she already had, didn't need, and couldn't even use. We cancelled 2 days later but the store never recorded our equipment return in their system so it never reflected as returned within the 14 day time period. Hmm, I wonder why? What has followed over the last 4 months has been an absolute time wasting disaster of in store visits and phone calls. Although a few individuals have appeared helpful on the surface, it seems AT&T corporate has setup a system that rewards aggressive sales tactics and supports a never-ending web of dead end pass offs when customers attempt to cancel or get their money back. The professionalism of this company at every level of "help" has been embarrassing. I will never for the rest of my life be an AT&T customer nor will anyone I speak with and hopefully not anyone who reads this. AT&T business tactics from the top down can take this L! read more
