Fell for that free 15day 5G internet Router promotion. We Returned router within 8 days of that 15 day trail offer but store failed to cancel service starting a chain of events. We received a number of calls texts and now a collection agency response. We have called / visited both store and followed up with calls to corporate and still NO corrections done even after they stated all has been updated. Now we are out of State and unable to follow up with store. read more

I have had mostly positive experiences here. Every time I have gone, I have been greeted by very friendly knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, today was not that day. I had the rudest employee "help" me. Miguel kept cutting me off saying "are you going to let me finish" when I asked for the deals. He wouldn't let me ask any questions. I had been coming to this location for roughly 5 years, I had always had great service until last Saturday. I was "helped" by Miguel who was incredibly rude. I came in to buy 2 iphones with the bogo deal, he informed me that was only available with a new line. I told him several times I didn't need another line but he would not let that deal go. Finally he was giving me the price breakdown of the phones and again brought up the price with the additional line, I told him I wasn't interested in that deal and that must have really upset him because he just blurted "are you gonna let me finish". He had such a bad attitude and he was training another employee! I ended up buying my phone directly from the company I will be taking it to another T-Mobile for activation. I came in to do a device upgrade from an S8+ to S21. Preblems started right away, No service. I came back in to have the sim card replaced. Same problem continued. I cam back and needed to be "updated", they did whatever they had to do. I didn't have servuce for a week before I could come back in to do a warrantu exchange. When phone arrived here I ended up with a refurbished phone at same $1,000 value. All my info was switched to the "new" device but I did not witness them delete all my info on the old device since they had me remove my security lock on it ) really hope they erased it. Issue continued even with new phone. I called customer service from wifes phone to explain the situation. It so happens the new sim card was not activated correctly!! The tech on the line walked me through several steps and finally got the phone working. After being with tmobile for 6 years, i have to say I am very disappointed with my experience. Word of advice, when they offer you a free screen protector at No extra cost, do yourself a favor & reject it unless you want to pay $40+ for it. You will be charged. Receipt gets nicely folded and thrown into the tmobile bag along with the phone box and won't find out about it until you get home. read more

The manager here needs to be replaced . I walked in because my hill was higher than normal but she told me that I had to talk to customer service if I wanted my money back. I didn't I just wanted to know why it came out so high. She said there was nothing they could do because I didn't activate in their store. I came in and was offered a "free tablet" but what they don't tell you if that you will be paying for a new line for years and if you don't you still pay the tablet full price. They get you by pretending to be really nice and friendly but are actually really shady and looking out for their pockets stay away from here. Don't not recommend. read more

Protection plans were tagged onto both of my phone upgrade purchases, one in December 2021 and the second in May 2022. On both occasions I explicitly announced I will not be buying insurance through Sprint; we will get Apple Care through Apple. Just like Spectrum, sales staff has to meet sales goals. I do not recommend T-Mobile business for any business needs have had nothing but problems from day one mostly billing problems and over billing problems and never receiving bills then cutting my business phones off without notice when I call them they say we will look into it and get back to you and never call back this has happened numerous times over several years I had a phone that was faulty and replaced 6 times in about 14 months they kept giving me rebuilt phones phones finally the agreed to give me a new I phone free for no charge and 2 months later they snuck in a 900 dollar charge that I did not even know about because I haven't received a bill then the cut my phones off of course no notice at all so I highly recommend not going with T-Mobile for any of your services to this day my problems have not been solved or I have not have had a call back as promised was promised 24 hours from time of first call it's been 4 days and no help or resolution read more

I had a couple of simple questions and looked up this store's hours before heading over, they listed 8pm close time. I got there at 7:20 pm Friday evening. One of the staff was letting a customer out and saw me approaching but nevertheless locked the door. I knocked on the window and he wouldn't acknowledge me at all and went straight to the register. At this point I know they're closed, but I would at least like to get the actual closing time since it apparently isn't 8 pm as posted on Yelp, and isn't listed anywhere on the outside of the shop. There was another staffer cleaning the floors, so I knocked harder in case they couldn't hear the knocking, she just looked up at me and shook her head no. Business must be good to completely ignore potential customer and close before the listed time. I hope so because I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The guy that "helped" us looked at his phone as soon as we walked in I'm sure to check the time since they close at 8 pm and we walked in at 7:30 pm then he tells us that it would take months to transfer a number from an old line to a new one!!! I been avoiding this T-Mobile for the past year because of the terrible customer service I had last time but I needed a new phone asap so I decided to walk in once again. Luckily that's when I was greeted by Miguel. He was very welcoming from the moment he actually physically walked over to greet me and left me without any unanswered questions. What most surprised me was he actually took the time to listen and explain how much my bill was going to be so that the next month I wouldn't have any surprises. He definitely made up for last times visit , I never wanted to come back to this T-Mobile location but it was an emergency. That day I was ready to switch carriers but decided not to only because I still liked my actual phone service. I previously had Verizon Wireless, but their exorbitant prices and high fees made me want to look elsewhere and keep my options open. And I'm so happy I did! I walked into this T-mobile store not knowing their plans or pricing, but an incredibly helpful and friendly employee named Mark helped me out! He explained it in succinct detail and was very straightforward about everything, including all the incentives such as T-mobile Tuesday's! I don't really like to write "Yelp Reviews." there are only 2 reasons why i do. 1st, if you're really nice/helpful; i'd highly recommend you & 2nd, if you're really "NOT NICE" and my review willl help other customers not to waste their time going to your store. i was told by my friends to go to this T-Mobile store, because the guy who helped them here was extra nice. it was just my luck that the person ("DENEA") who helped me wasn't that very nice AT ALL! she wasn't accomodating & it felt like she didn't want to help. i get it, maybe she's tired, but i was tired from work, too. so she asked for my ID & my SSN & she ran my credit & told me that i have to pay extra amount of money; false info. so i left the store and went to another T-MOBILE, (the one by carson mall), because DENEA was rude; just plain rude. when i was still talking to her, she answered the phone w/o even saying "excuse me." (where's your manners, ms. denea? i think you've forgotten to bring it with you to work on 12/13/18). the customer service rep at the carson mall checked to see if DENEA already checked my credit and she told me that i'm approved for no down payment. so what a liar DENEA was. she was telling me i had to pay $500+ out the door so i can get the phones that i want, while at the other T-Mobile store i was told, i don't need to pay that much or no down payment at all. i have yet to go back tomorrow to finish. i'm just one less customer for this T-Mobile branch & i'll tell my friends & fam not to come here; if they don't want to experience what i experienced. i WON'T recommend anyone else going to this T-Mobile store or at least not see/talk to DENEA, because she's just rude; no manners whatsoever. just go to the one by carson mall or the other tmobile stores around the area. or at least see someone else in this store! Really enjoyed the way the store look clean and the people were very professional not like the Wilmington location. I tied going there the other day and they were rude and just unprofessional. They had very good music playing there and the guys showed me some speaker that they had that were water resistant. I decided to get one because they were so cool and loud.
