    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the T-Mobile store on Sepulveda on July 9, 2026,…read morearound 6:30-7:00 PM. My family and I have been loyal T-Mobile customers for over two years, and unfortunately, this is not the first time we have felt ignored when walking into this location. When we arrived, we noticed there were only a few associates working, so we patiently waited with our children. However, we were never properly acknowledged or checked in. After waiting for about an hour, one associate finished helping another customer and walked past me without acknowledging me. He DIDN'T say, "I'll be right with you," he just moved on to help someone else. When my spouse returned with our son and noticed what happened, he asked when we would be helped since we had been waiting for such a long time. If he had not spoken up, we feel we would have continued to be overlooked. When the manager, Isla (I apologize if I misspelled her name), approached us, instead of listening to our concerns, the conversation quickly became argumentative. I tried to calmly explain why we were there and what issue we needed help with, but I felt dismissed and spoken down to. I am currently pregnant and was already stressed because I needed my phone working properly for upcoming appointments. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. I was told that my phone issues were caused by a lack of storage and that even getting a refurbished phone would not solve the problem. I followed the advice given, deleted apps and photos, and eventually had about 30 GB of storage available, but my phone continued having the same issues. The following day, I went to a different T-Mobile location, and the experience was completely different. The associate immediately acknowledged me, took the time to look at my phone, and correctly identified that there was an actual issue with the device--not a storage problem. I understand stores can get busy and employees can be under pressure, but every customer deserves to be acknowledged and treated respectfully. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. I hope management addresses the customer service issues and provides better training so customers feel valued when they walk in.
