I rarely leave negative reviews unless I receive horrible service, and that's what I just experienced. I came in to have a simple procedure done involving transferring my number from 1 account to another. Surprisingly, I walked into an empty store, thinking I would be assisted right away..... this didn't happen, unfortunately, because the two reps on the floor were busy finishing their conversation before they took a moment to give me a half ass greeting. Even after that bs greeting, they continued to chatter for about 2 mins before 1 of them approached me to ask what I needed help with. PABLO ESPINOZA was the rep that finally came up to me.... Seemingly upset that I had "interrupted" his conversation. I then laid out the simple task I needed to get done, and he gave me a bs answer to get me to leave. After asking him a few times why he couldn't complete this simple task, he continued to lie in my face. I then let him know I actually worked for T-Mobile for 8 years (6 of which as a manager) and have done this simple task TONS of times..... I was hoping that would let him know he can't bs me. Unfortunately, he still could care less about what I needed done because it was not something he could make commission on.... He continued to try and convince me I would have to add ANOTHER line in order to complete my number transfer. I then asked for the manager (VICTOR S), and he gave me the same bs line that I had to add a new line in order for them to help me.... He basically just had Pablo's back in the situation for whatever reason, even though it ain't the right way to handle a customer. I then went right to my car and hopped on the phone with customer care, and then completed my request within FIVE MINUTES! No questions asked... no trying to finesse me into an additional sale... they just did what I asked them to do... EASILY. While on the phone, I noticed Pablo walking around outside, and he was stumbling around quite a bit as if he was drunk or something.... The store manager might wanna check on that..... But anyway, I'll conclude my rant by saying DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET IT HERE. They need better staff, especially in an overcrowded situation. Me and my husband walked in and weren't even greeted to top it off when they actually came to sign people up for wait list, they didn't even ask me they asked the person who came after me. I should've known better before going to a T-Mobile in Compton, I can handle the ghetto. But the rudeness & unprofessionalism of a manager is not something a T-Mobile store should have. I walked in here with a broken phone, wanted information on many ways I can walk out of there with a new phone at the best of my convenience but this guy was to busy flirting with his current customer "here's my instagram maybe I can take you to eat or something" There was a new girl employee that obviously had no idea on what she was doing she would go ask this manager and he only didn't wanna help us but he also didn't want to help her. When he finally came over to us the unprofessionalism showed, he was using profanity in Spanish. Didn't even bother to discuss different ways of helping us, his answer was "You should go to Verizon" I've never been so frustrated & disgusted with someone in a mobile store. This guy should NOT have any type of tittle & the end he didn't even help us with our questions. When you plan on switching over to T-mobile, definitely make the trip over to this T-Mobile location because they have the best customer service. Both my wife and I agree that we never got this kind of attention and service from our past phone carrier services. We had visited another store and they did give us the information we needed. However, this location really has top-notch employees, specially the manager Cesar. We called to let them know we were running a little late due to traffic, but they still helped us out. Cesar even stayed past the closing time to answer all of our questions and get our account set up. Thu helped me out yesterday with getting a phone ordered for me and the process was smooth and efficient. Both times that we've been at the store, Cesar was there helping out with other customers, but was always aware of what was going on and able to help figure out the best deals for us. I really admire the team here. It's very apparent that they all work as a team and collaborate. Even when it's late and close to closing, or when their store is full with customers, each employee is still super friendly and patient. I never felt rushed and was able to ask all the questions I wanted to ask. When they call the representatives, it's efficient and smooth. I like that even if you are waiting in their store to be helped, they still greet you and ask how they can help you. I noticed that everyone else in the store, including me, didn't mind the wait since we knew that we'd be well taken care of by the team at this T-Mobile store. I would definitely recommend switching to T-Mobile because it saves you more money than AT&T or Verizon and they have good promotions going on right now. I'm a little disappointed with this T-Mobile bc every time I go, something is done differently from the last time and I'm being given charges that aren't due to my negligence yet I'm talked to and questioned as if I messed up. So they never managed to request my replacement phone when they said they would and gave me a loaner phone. Turns out I was being charged for both the loaner phone and the replacement phone that I requested from them and they apparently never put the request in. Once I received it, i was then told that I could not return the loaner phone at this location, that I would have to mail it myself to have it returned. Ship it out and apparently they never received it so when I call customer service they tell me that T-Mobile stores ARE AUTHORIZED to take any phone back if they are to be returned and the store staff members seemed to have neglected doing their job. Now I'm left paying for a phone that isn't even in my hands anymore for the last 6 months and I have to keep calling to have those charges removed or credited to my account. Paying a $300 bill a month when it shouldn't be more than $160. Very disappointing. read more

They explain everything and options before you buy. I'm happy that we still hv businesses like Tmobil. Yes there is glitches once in a while but, Come on nothing works 100%.... let's be real. I had gone to the store to purchase a Samsung Note 8 and I was pretty excited about getting the Note 8 until the guy comes out with my new phone and she just opens the Box and then he's like oh do you want me to set it up for you and I'm looking at him like no I wanted to tell him why did you open it I didn't want you to open it it just felt so wrong and he kept yapping about I don't know what else and all this other BS so is very like okay you know whatever but then after I got home I realized a few things he told me oh this you're going to have for 2 years the lgg6 you have your pain less than you would on this one kind of like making fun about what I was going to do which was not too cool so I thought about it and then I really thought about it and I said this guy open the box he should have never open the box and then it's like you know I don't feel comfortable having this phone anymore and I don't think I'll ever go back to that store just talking about things you shouldn't be talking about the grading his phones in the store and degrading the phones as you buy them and walk out the store and I asked him that same day how much could I get for my LG G6 and he looked at me and he smiled do you really want to know oh my god do you really want to know and I'm like yeah laughing and it just all came back to me and I was like I'm not going to keep this phone I'm taking it back and I did after 4 days because everything he did everything he said made me feel very uncomfortable they really need to retrain their staff they really do read more
