Our company had a down private fiber line a couple weeks ago…read more After talking Jay through a few calls, emails, textes with the troubleshooting tips, we then proceeded with a scheduled on site repair in a few days. Before the schduled onsite repair, Jay requested a few pictures of the down fiber line. After reviewing the pictures, Jay called back and let us know that the repair service call may not needed and we can repair this ourselves, by swapping with the correct fiber adapter on one of the 2 ends of the the connection. Through his troubleshooting tips and his suggestion to swap out with the compatible fiber adapter, we are back online without the service repair call. For this issue, CableMasters (Jay) was willing to take the time to understand the issue and provided us with the troubleshooting tips and suggest a fix, without them visiting us on site. It's rare to have a vendor with such ethical value. I would recommend this cable contractor to anyone or business for their cabling help. Will reach out to them for future cabling needs.
