Service overall wasn't my best experience, I'll chalk it up to it being a new iPhone drop. I called to ask if the the iPhone 17 in blue was in stock. Advised the person I spoke to I tried to purchase phone online for pick up, she said I would need to come to the store. I get to the store, and stated I just spoke with someone in regard to the phone for purchase. A young lady I take it was Maria, said I never called, she then goes as far as to saying she is the only one who answers the phone so she would know. After showing proof that I did call using my last call on my log it then became she doesn't remember speaking to me. IMO honest mistake, then while finally getting assistance with getting the phone, Maria asked the agent who was helping me to continue with another customer. My issue arises when the young lady who asked for me to be passed on to her was busy working with the lady she swapped with the agent for me. I came on my lunch break and my time was very limited, and she seemed more interested in helping the lady she swapped me for. It almost felt like she didn't want to assist me. I was very polite and cordial after about 20 minutes of this before I decided that I can take my business elsewhere. Calling me friend was not lightening up the tension and she tried but then would go right back to the other customer who was working with an agent already... it became very frustrating and clear she didn't want to assist me. She was overly assertive with not trying to help me or assist me, tried to say my phone wasn't eligible for upgrade/ trade in, after agent I was working with said it was. Then she took my phone in the back saying it does pass eligibility for trade in. Then looking for reason not to give me a trade in lol lol it was almost comical. I wish we as ppl can just be loving and helpful to eachother, but respectful also. I didn't feel respected or necessary so I felt neither was my money, so I left the store with my old phone and will upgrade elsewhere. Just have to be better.. I wish I could give a better rating just my treatment in my opinion wasn't great at all!!! read more

I love this store. It's close to my house, always clean, and the staff is excellent and super helpful, even with arduous tasks. Super easy to get to if you're heading towards Whole Foods or Banfield, and always staffed well. read more

Excellent customer service=happy customers Happy customers spend more money. Had a great experience with Michael today, who really took the time to assist with my phone woahs... and I ended learning that I need to change my plan to end some of my frustrations and also purchased a new phone (something I've been needing to do for a while), and new accessories. Well worth it since I was in the area . Loved that this location wasn't crowded like the Buckhead one and others I've been too, I'll be back if I need further assistance. read more

What is the queuing method here? I have not been in a physical location in a while but there used to be a sign in sheet or a greeter to take your name and reason for coming when you walked in. Instead I walked in, and milled about while a couple other people did as well. I had no idea who was next or what order I would be helped in, or if we were supposed to flip a coin when a rep became available. After about fifteen minutes someone came from the back and asked the other customers who was next (!!) Is that what we're doing now? Relying on the honor system?? Lol wow. Then it turned out I waited fifteen minutes for something they don't even have in stock. Imagine, if someone had checked with me when I walked in the door. They could've saved me twenty minutes of my day that I now can't get back. Granted the rep who helped me was very nice and sweet about it but the lack of check-in protocol is very inefficient. read more
