I would like to start off by giving a huge big THANK YOU, to the DORAVILLE Store!! On 2/10, I purchased a Whirlpool Washer & Dryer from the Stockbridge location. After receiving the unit's on 2/12, I completed an entire load (wash and dry). I was not happy with either, I then called the Stockbridge location to speak with the manager but was told by the agent who answered the phone that the Store manager just walked out, I then asked if I could speak to any manager, she then asked me for what department? I replied washers and dryers. The agent then stated "He just left also, and he was the only one over that department. I then decided to call the Doraville store! THIS IS WHERE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAVED ME AS A CUSTOMER OF 20PLUS YEARS. - I called and spoke with Ms.Widline, she was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and most importantly she smiled through the phone. She told me to come out to the store and pick out the one I really wanted. I thanked her kindly for helping me and told her I will be out tomorrow. After arriving in the store, there was a small delay with the salesmans up stairs. So I remembered a manager name David, I walked down stairs and decided to look for him. I walked right into David.. -David provided the BEST CUSTOMER Service attitude. He directed me to Jessica. - Jessica, was very polite and listened to my needs, she took the time to find the exact Speed Queen TC5, which was not on the floor. Jessica went over and beyond to find the machine on line, she made sure it was the exact one I was looking for. Jessica held a very good professional conversation that made it so easy to finalize the sale. -Ms.Pauline, took care of me at the register, since the transaction would have taken some time, she was nice enough to let me know that I could shop around and she would call me when the paperwork is complete. This was great, because Great customer service is hard to find. -I cant remember the gentleman name that were at the register but he has the BEST SMILE! Bad customer service all the way. You cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. Scheduled a delivery for a refrigerator but they have contracted out delivery service to some company called Spirit with worse experience one can ever have in trying to get the delivery at home. I live in a gated community and even gave gate code for entry into the neighborhood but the delivery drivers are so stupid that they cannot use the gate code. They have not been able to deliver my merchandise after attempting twice and leave without delivery or any way of contacting them. The driver called me on my cell phone, and I returned the call twice and both times left messages, but they will not return your call. Even sent a text message which they will never respond to. They left without delivering the merchandise time it was attempted. They are plain and simply STUPID. Worse experience I ever had with Brand Smart, and their contracted delivery company Spirit GET RID OF THEM IF YOU EVEN CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS). No one is at the store available to help secure the delivery. I spent 2 hours trying to contact someone to no avail. I still do not have my delivery. They just do not care about customer service. I am just not happy at the moment with their service. read more
