This place has a really cool layout. You can pretty much tell where everything is in the store with their huge signs hanging throughout the store. The selection was pretty big from what we saw. With a nice range of variety. There were staff members about the store who asked if we needed any assistance. The prices seemed reasonable. I am very disappointed with the delivery of my washer and dryer. I specifically wrote a little note and put it on the old dryer vent. The note reminded them to please remove the old vent and install the new vent kit purchased from Brandsmart. I put the note there because I wasn't home when the delivery took place. When I got home, I saw the washer and dryer were in place, but guess what? They didn't install the new vent as requested, and they hooked it up to the old vent. Plus, there was a long scratch IN FRONT of the washing machine. I tried calling the deliverers, and of course, the call went straight to voicemail. I tried calling Brandsmart to let them know my complaint, but I couldn't get a straight answer or solution. I literally called about 5 times, and each time I was transferred to a new department and then the store. NO ONE EVER PICKED UP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I need a refund immediately for the items I paid for but never received. Now, I will have to spend extra gas money to make an unwanted trip to this location to rectify the mistake that they made. read more

If you DIY this is the place to go. I had a dishwasher go out on me. Needed a quick replacement in time for the 4th of July weekend. Brandsmart had what I wanted. About 45 minutes after my online order, I got the e-mail that the item was ready for pickup. Once I got to the Brandsmart location, in less than 10 minutes I was at the loading dock and had the dishwasher loaded and tied down in the back of my pickup. Big box stores are a hassle if you want to pick up appliances and install them yourself. If you take delivery you wait days or weeks. Brandsmart will take care of you and get you on your way quickly. read more

This was the worst retail customer experience I have ever had. I ordered a 43" Hisense TV and expected a quick delivery as a Prime member. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by two days, and the tracking information was confusing. The package reached my local distribution center but was then routed to other facilities hours away before finally arriving. When the TV arrived, the box showed some signs of damage, though it did not appear severe. After mounting the TV and removing the protective plastic, I discovered a large dent in the screen. When I powered it on, the display damage was extensive and the TV was unusable. I initiated a return, which required me to spend additional time and effort arranging the return shipment and waiting another week for a replacement. When the replacement finally arrived, there was a large hole in the side of the box. After opening it to inspect the TV, I found that the screen was damaged again and unusable. I immediately filed another return and dropped the package off at a local UPS location. At this point, I am still waiting for my refund so I can purchase a replacement from another retailer. This entire experience has been a significant waste of my time and resources. Receiving two damaged televisions in a row, along with the delays and repeated return process, is completely unacceptable. I would expect better quality control, packaging, and customer service, especially for large electronics and for Prime customers. Given the amount of inconvenience and effort required on my part, I believe some form of compensation would be appropriate. I am extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering future purchases based on this experience. read more

After receiving the unit's on 2/12, I completed an entire load (wash and dry). She told me to come out to the store and pick out the one I really wanted. I thanked her kindly for helping me and told her I will be out tomorrow. After arriving in the store, there was a small delay with the salesmans up stairs. So I remembered a manager name David, I walked down stairs and decided to look for him. I walked right into David.. -David provided the BEST CUSTOMER Service attitude. He directed me to Jessica. - Jessica, was very polite and listened to my needs, she took the time to find the exact Speed Queen TC5, which was not on the floor. Jessica went over and beyond to find the machine on line, she made sure it was the exact one I was looking for. Jessica held a very good professional conversation that made it so easy to finalize the sale. -Ms.Pauline, took care of me at the register, since the transaction would have taken some time, she was nice enough to let me know that I could shop around and she would call me when the paperwork is complete.
