I stopped by the new T-Mobile location in Westfield Countryside Mall in Clearwater. As I entered, I immediately greeted. I was looking for a new case and generally "just browsing." I'm already a customer via the Unlimited 55+ Plan. It covers two phones with unlimited data, call & text. When we got the plan it was only $60/month but I believe that it's up to $70/month, now. You just have to have it on auto-pay with a credit card and be over 55 yrs. old. I've never had any issue with the service with T-Mobile and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. read more

Sunday, September 6, 2020 Do not go to the T-Mobile located at 5300 East Bay Drive, Suite 200 in Clearwater, Florida!!!! I have a Trac phone. I went inside this T-Mobile and a girl named Carolyne examined my Trac phone and said that my Trac phone is compatible and just needs a SIM card and a Plan and the Trac phone would be "good to go" and work perfectly. Carolyne sold me a SIM card and a Plan for a total of $29.00. I left the T-Mobile store after my purchase. When I tried to make my first phone call, my phone would not call out. I was still in T-Mobile's parking lot. I went back inside the store and told Carolyne, and other representative there, that the phone is NOT WORKING. Carolyne and this other representative looked at the phone again and said, "Ah, shoot, sorry. This Trac phone is not compatible." I asked for my $29 back / refund and both Carolyn and her co-worker told me "No. We do not give refunds on a SIM card nor a Plan." I am out $29.00. Do not go to this T-Mobile store!!! And I've been a T-Mobile customer for 19 years!!! This is unbelievable!!! read more

I have 4 lines with T Mobile. I went into this location to set everything up. I was given a flat rate for the 4 phones and told this would be the amount every month. This amount was after canceling insurance on two of the lines(which until I got my bill, didn't know hadn't been canceled). Long story short, I invested an hour at the store and another 45 minutes after getting my bill to correct it. AND now, my husband and I cannot receive calls and if we do, they get dropped. Sorry but this location lies to its customers. At separate times, both my husband and I were sold tablets as being free , we only had to pay $7.00 for the line. Not true. We are being charged $22.00 a tablet for tablets that we really did not want and do not use. when we complained, they said too bad the manager at the store is gone and there are no free tablets. My husband paid on the last day of the cycle and they charged him $20.00 a line even though no one was suspended. We have 8 lines and were good customers. they charged us twice for a watch, but did credit this one. I turned in a fully paid for new I phone 6 and was told that my t mobile phone would be paid for. Guess what? Lie! I have to pay for a new one. the number of dropped calls, incomplete calls, unable to connect calls is totally unbelieveable. Customer service does not care if you leave T Mobile, they do not care if you are unhappy. This company just charges and lies to you. FLO was the person who sold us on T mobile, and it was all lies. No matter how much you think you will save, you end up paying more. CHECK YOUR BILL ! This company cheats you and does not care. we are switching as soon as we can. read more
