If I could give it zero stars I would. Changed carriers a few months ago with the promise of a 3rd line free promotion. After 2 months of not receiving the credit, I was told the store had signed me up on the wrong plan that didn't qualify. Few months later went back into the same store to get a new phone and was promised personally by the manager that the phone would be free, and again was told it might take a month or two for the credit to show up. Just got off the phone and surprise surprise, there was no promotion and I'm just screwed. Again. Can't wait to pay off this stupid phone and never go back to Tmobile again. read more

As far as the Clinton Iowa store, Kenna was FANTASTIC, as well as the store manager. For their corporate office????? Extremely lacking. They offered a promotional deal with us starting internet service with them. Mr. Hansford with their customer service, he rude, lacking in knowledge, what ever he had my husband do...IT WAS WRONG....Echo 8 we were to receive from Amazon via their redemption code, it was CHARGED TO US. THIS WAS AFTER MY HUSBAND SPENT JUST UNDER AN HOUR! STILL GO IT WRONG. KENNA spent 2 hours with me trying to figure this out (Amazon as normal was their own circus) and made many calls and spent a good amount of time not only on hold but with their own people saying all they could do was give us a "bill credit" which would effect this particular store's commission and them directly, when it absolutely WAS NOT in anyway, shape or form THEIR mistake but their corporate's mistake and non working website and codes. Tried there internet was suppose to get a Echo show 8 and a $50.00 gift card I received neither so I canceled the service and took back the modem. Promises of gift to get you to buy then no gifts. That's a scam so I do not recommend this company read more

My original service was Sprint. it was taken over by T Mobil. I bought a product I never used would not return it. The assistant manager at your Clinton location is very rude. The customer service 800 number is even worse. I terminated my service over a month ago. I received a bill after I returned my phone to the store located in Virginia in Clinton to the store manager. it isn't my problem; your warehouse has not received the merchandise from your store.
