Associate worked hard to resolve an issue. He was attentive and patient dealing with a situation caused by another carrier.

2 workers told us a false promotion and where we would get extra benefits when signing up, and we got charged extra and never got an benefits. this costed us extra money and was a complete scam and waste of time. read more

Sept 1, 2020. Went into T Mobile on Walnut. I love the employees Cole and Nadj! They helped me out so much with my bill. Since I had not activated my phone that I got back in June do to a lot of health issues I had the last couple months. They got that bill reduced down for me. They hooked me up with a tablet that I wasn't expecting.then when Nadj told me my bill will be due again in a few days. I told him I couldn't do that. Since I'm barely getting back to work. He got on the phone called Corp. Mean while Cole was helping me getting phone and tablet up and running. Answering all my questions. Well Nadj told me I dont have to pay a bill till Oct. This store added a fraudulent line to my account without my knowledge. Very challenging to resolve since. They wanted to refund only a fraction of the fraudulent charges!!! Several other types of monthly fraudulent charges and fees of other types showing up on my account as well. Be prepared to do chargeback and mention your attorney because that's all they understand. Figured I'd drop by the shop and upgrade my phone instead of doing it online. They go through the motions and when the saleslady brings out the phone, she informs me that since their stock is low on that phone (iPhone 6) I am required to purchase an additional accessory. That's right, they tried to force me to buy a case or some other accessory in order to be able to buy the phone. I told the smug salesperson thanks, but I would buy the phone online instead. WTF is up with your Corvallis store, T-mobile? This wasn't the first time I had problems. In the past I had salespeople give me completely incorrect information about programs they offer and had to be corrected when I called customer service. I won't be returning to this store ever and am strongly considering switching carriers. I'll give a generous two stars for the one time I frequented the store and had good service. read more

I read the review guidelines, and, did not even come close to violating them, and, yet, my 1 date review disappeared???It says next to the 1 star I chose, " eek, methinks not" I am entitled to give an honest review based on my personal experience. My first review was disappeared by this site - not professional, nor, helpful to perspective customers. All I can recommend is get it in writing, as to the history of the phone you are buying, with regards to customer service complaints, what types of things are known to go wrong with the phone, and, ( this is a big one) can you replace the battery yourself. It never occurred to me to ask this, as I was unaware that some phones like mine, had to have the battery replaced by professionals, at a cost of $90.00!!! Before you buy a phone, Google it!!! I'll start this review by saying, if my problem ends up being resolved (even though its not likely) ill change my review. About a week ago i go into T-Mobile with my girlfriend because she had broken her phone and needed to purchase a new one. She chose the IPhone 8+. While they were going through her purchase the associate, Chris, told her that there was a special promotion going on in the store and she would get a phone case, screen protector, and charger for free. After that, he came back and asked her if she would like either a pair of beats or a new wireless Bluetooth speaker for free also since they were running this new promotion and she bought a new phone. She chose the speaker. After all of this, i asked the associate about the sign i saw on the window about a discount for veterans and their families. He told me that since i was in the military i would receive this discount if i switched over from my current provider (sprint). He also told me that they were running a separate promotion on the iPhone 8, buy one get one free. So i decided to create a line with T-Mobile and add my girlfriend's phone to it. The associate, chris, then told me that with my phone i would also get a charger, case, and screen protector for free. Fast forward to a week later. We both had our new phones and accessories and loved them. I get a text about my bill and look at it and there is an extra almost 40$ attached to it because i was being charged monthly for the next 24 months for all the accessories i was told were free. I went into the store to ask about it, but was told that there was no way this associate would lie to me and i was probably wrong and just didn't pay attention to what he was saying. I was told the manager would be in a few days later so i could come back. I returned today to the store to talk to the manager. He asked me what i wanted to do about it, or if i was just there to complain to him. I told him that i wanted either what i was promised or i wanted some sort of action against this employee who is lying to customers. I was told to return again when both the employee and the manager would be there so we could all sit down and talk about it. We will see what comes of this, but i would not recommend anyone do business with this T-Mobile store. The fact that they have multiple 1 star reviews is no surprise to me anymore. read more

So if you want a crappy iPhone that works if you do not wish to work with it and if you want people to tell you a bunch of lie and have you come back many times do they can win trips by upgrade you phone as hi as they can with what they have come to This store. We started with the iPhone 11 and it did not make it a day with Uber so they said try another well it did not work as well so the I trued the 11pro and it was supper to be more then 64 but that's what I got. He said just try it if it don't work will get the bigger one. So I told the wife she needed to upgrade so she called the store because we are an hr away and here is what they didn't tell me. Yes we will do that but you have to trim your phone in and be without a phone or pay 900.00 and when you get the phone we will give some of the money back or just return what you have and we will give you your money back and we will be done. I wanted to go to virizon so bad. So we got phones that we down grated from iPhone 8plus to 11pro. What's wrong with this picture read more

Distinctly unfriendly service; I wasn't exactly surprised, after seeing the other reviews on here for this location, but it was still quite unpleasant to interact with the staff here. I went in to upgrade to a new phone. The salesperson said that since it was their last one in stock, I would have to purchase $70 worth of accessories in addition to paying for the phone. Do not believe a word these people say! When we purchased our new phones from them in January, they said that we could choose either an SD card or wireless charger because of a promotion that included one of those items for free with each phone we purchased. We opted for the wireless charger, and everything was great until we got our bill. They charged us full price for the chargers at $90 each! We called billing to get it fixed and the best they could do was give us a credit for a portion of the cost. So, we went back to this store three times before we were able to talk to the guy who sold us the phones, and he said "tough luck" and agreed that he LIED TO US. These people are scum and garbage at their jobs. As soon as we pay off these phones, we will be leaving tmobile for good. Buyer beware. read more

T- Mobile is awesome! The coverage may not be as good as Verizon but I saved a lot of money and now I don't have to worry about a stupid contract. My sales person Zachariah was awesome and all of the other sales people were very friendly. I highly recommend these guys. read more
