Today 5-27-15 the toner light kept coming on I shook it, did what they told me on the computer and I still could not print, the toner light kept on again. Today I took it back and spoke with Brenda Shank, I told her what the problem was and she asked me where the box that it came in was, I said I never got a box, I got a piece of foil covering it. I never thought it was strange when I purchased the cartridge but now when she asked me where the box was, why didn't mine come in a box "Strange" Ms Shank told me they were not going to replace it? put toner in it? or do anything. There was a core price on the box that said $30.00, she wanted to charge me another $59.99. I asked her for the owner and she said um, he is out to lunch. (sure he was) Twice she went back and spoke with a gentleman, the Company is small. She then picked up the toner and said this is her exact words) "Oh shit, I got toner on my fingers. She was worried about the toner on her fingers rather then a very upset customer.I am 66 years old It is a beautiful day today and I am not going to let this lady ruin it for me. Remember Karma. It took a couple months after shipment for the items to be inspected by the auction house and then listed for bids. When I saw the auction photos, a WWII Navy battle lantern with one crack across the corner of a thick glass lens had arrived with that same lens shattered. When the auction house was notified that this was not the condition the item was sent in, the auction house said that overall the shipment wasn't packed well and avoid this location. As a lessor valued item in the lot, an insurance claim so long after sending wasn't worth the effort, and the remaining items were intact. The service here has always been friendly and prompt, and I will continue to use this shop. Not when shipping antiques... I tried to respond to the owner by email, to give greater details in writing and provide photos, but apparently their email address is not routinely monitored, and no response after a week. Note that the UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee says if your item "is damaged or lost in transit, you'll be reimbursed*." Because of that sneaky asterisk though, I wouldn't count on it. Restrictions apply. I just had an uncalled for - nasty verbal attack from 2 women in this Postal Connections store when…read morewe stopped briefly to drop off two large pre-paid/pre-labeled FedEx shipments. In a mean and obnoxious, embarrassing and demeaning verbal attack because we parked in the loading zone in front of the store. We were customers of FedEx dropping off PRE-PAID PRE-LABELED cartons to ship which Postal Connections gets paid to receive for FedEx That FedEx is paying them to treat their customers in this manner is beyond my comprehension. The parking is very limited in front of their store, the packages were large and heavy, one was 30 pounds. This would be one of their busiest times just before shippers make their final pickup for the week, resulting in even less parking opportunities. I have a bad back and where we parked was the only place to park. We were there for under 5 minutes and there was an adult in the vehicle, that could easily move our vehicle with a moment's notice. I kept getting interrupted more than once when I tried to explain why and was told rudely each time, "don't park there, ever" I did say that they could be a bit kinder in their delivery and the response was "or, you could just never park there ... ever!" We promise we will never park there again nor will we ever visit their store again! FedEx account #375307316
