I walked into this T-Mobile store looking for an iPhone 15 screen protector and was greeted by an employee who was lounging in a chair with her legs propped up. When I asked if they had one in stock, she immediately said, "We don't have it." I politely asked if she could check the inventory or see if another store had one available. Instead of helping, she simply repeated that they didn't have it and never even got up or attempted to check the system. There was no effort to assist or provide any customer service. I understand if an item is out of stock, but the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to even look into it was disappointing. It's frustrating when employees seem uninterested in doing the basic parts of their job or helping customers. read more

Worst T-Mobile customer service ever. My wife and I went to upgrade her Samsung watch. All the employees were stilling in chairs outside the store with music playing like they were at home. When asked if we could go in the store the sales associate responded with "What yall need?". I stated that my wife wanted to upgrade her watch, he leaned back in the chair and said who has a Samsung watch?" I'm 100% sure he was high. The other three women were just sitting outside on their phones. No one looked up, no one even tried to assist us. I said we would go to another store because it appears no one wanted to work. He laughed and said yeah you're right. I don't know what they have going on at that store but it is by far the most rudest experience I've ever encountered at any T-Mobile location. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED & I've been a customer for over 8years .. I Came in today to add a line , new phone & watch to my account . When I arrived the employees were sitting outside blocking the door .. Without even greeting me I said "hey I'm trying to get a phone " still sitting there the male response "what kind of phone" I say "IPhone , I'm trynna add a line to my account " he did a deep sigh getting up so I jokingly said "yall don't wanna work today huh ?" He responded with the nastiest look "what you just say" I repeated my statement both still sitting he says "oh naw Taylor you can take her" Taylor immediately responds "I'm good I don't want to work today" So Step back appalled Im like "I was just joking I didn't mean it in a disrespectful way" Taylor swayed me away & said "naw you good" ... Ive never experienced something like that as long as I've been with them & that honestly made me uncomfortable .. I then drove to The T-Mobile on Chapel Hill & Recieved outstanding service Qhylie Was sooo kind & helpful. & While I was gett serviced 3 other people complained about that store saying "they don't like to work over there " read more

Katie, DeAndre and Richard were amazing. My wife, my daughter and myself came in. This was the third T mobile store for the day. Both stores in Carrollton, and Villa Rica were so rude. Acted like it was bother that we came in to the store. Anyway this is about how amazing this team was. Katie was training and has an amazing attitude. Both DeAndre and Richard were helping when she needed it. They were so friendly. Truly trying to help us get the phone we wanted and saving us where they could. They treated my family and I like we were their family. Truly a great experience. All three were rockstars!! read more

Update: T-Mobile worked with us to make the deal I signed up for a reality. They have honored everything the sales man promised us. It did take a little time but Jasmine was in constant contact with us through the whole process. I am very happy with the coverage vs verizon so far and the unlimited data is the icing on the cake. On Dec 24th I entered our local T Mobile store. I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years, we are close to empty nesting and I thought we may check out some plans. I got a 20% discount through Verizon because of my work. T-Mobile in Douglasville promised to meet what I was already paying and not a dime more. T Mobile stayed I would be able to trade in each of my 3 (paid for already) devices and not have to pay them anything based on their "on us plan". I verified this information with our salesman no less than 3 times. I even made the comment " that if in a few days, T Mobile, jacked up the price, I'd be very upset. The salesman guaranteed me that it would never happen. Well the day after Christmas it happened. T-MOBILE called us and said there was a MISTAKE,and we now owed them money for 2 of the devices. They have returned the Apple devices we previously owned, so we are stuck. Do we start over with Verizon? Or continue this battle with T-Mobile? read more
