Could someone please inform Marco that the Z Fold 7 no longer supports the S Pen? He told me it does, but that it just doesn't come with the S Pen itself. I already knew that he was giving me incorrect information because my friend has the 7 and we talked about it. I knew that Samsung had eliminated the technology, ostensibly to allow for a slimmer, lighter phone, but I did Google it anyway. Guess what? Yep! Nope! No S Pen and no S Pen support. If a store is going to sell phones, the employees might want to familiarize themselves with the phones. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a while and I have gone it to stores before but this location seems to be busy in the late afternoon around three to about 6 o'clock. It took a while to get noticed by the workers and to get signed in. I needed to go back after initially going in because it was so busy that all the customer service representatives were with customers and there is a wait time of about 4 to 5 people before me. When I went around 6, they were able to sign me in and help me with my purchase. The customer service representative was friendly, helpful, and was able to answer my questions about my phone and the accessories. Overall, I would recommend to go at a slower time and not during rush hour or late afternoon. read more

She was really quick to help and give the most main points to phone startup costs. I think the one miss they need to point out is what the monthly plan is, what are conditions of phone upgrades etc. I'm happy I was there to assist and show her the important questions and understand the information otherwise she wouldn't of been walked through anything. This was the star loss. Just lack of details and info. It was more sign ya up, pay, and out the door. I literally had to have the manager, Micah, step in to give the true breakdown and details needed. Btw, Micah was AMAZING! Very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The change and bump of info to the new Phone...time it took, oh my. The transfer we were originally told and hour, more like 5, blah. Today my husband and I came in to inquire about T-Mobile's home internet. We were greeted promptly by Bruce. We only had one voice line with T-Mobile and all of our primary lines with Verizon. After speaking with Bruce about the home internet and with some new information that we gathered from a network engineer we decided to close 98% of our lines with Verizon and move it over to T-Mobile. I cannot express how deeply satisfied we are with Bruce and the stellar service he provided. Extremely detailed oriented he is. I picked up on how detailed he was right away. The wait was with the process. We are completely satisfied with the service that was provided today. All of our mobile needs will be handled by Bruce now. read more

First time using my watch in the shower since getting it yesterday. Sadly I found water under the protective glass, which freaked me out so I tried to push it down to get some moisture out. That's when the whole protective glass decided to come off. Was it my fault that I decided to use it in the shower? I've tried on many different occasions and was extremely displeased with their service every time. I have the Z-Fold 4 and the flip part of the phone which is the middle of the phone is separating on me for the second time I had the phone thee first time I paid the deductible for the warranty a 100 dollars to replace the phone now it is happening again and they say I have to pay again so why do I have to pay if it is a defect in the phone they sell. They told me that they just sell the phone it is a product of Samsung so if they are selling the phone that has a defect flaw yes I know that the brand name is Samsung but T-mobile sells that product. I went in this Saturday to change out my son's screen protector under my T-Mobile's Insurance Plan. No question's asked, Kevin helped me out right away. He made sure he had the right screen for my son's phone and changed it out for me. My son's phone looked brand new. I also mentioned to him that my screen protector fell off, but when I went to the downtown T-Mobile store they no longer sell Note 8 screen protectors. The sales rep at the downtown store told me I could purchase it on Amazon. Kevin mentioned to me that the Note 9 screen protectors fit and found one right away and applied it to my phone. That was a great Mother's Day Gift to me. He also mentioned to me about the military plans and offered to help me save money. We were on our way to our dinner commitment, but I will be back to hear on how I can save money of my plans. Because of Kevin's excellent service I gave them a 5 star rating! read more

We came in twenty minutes before closing on a Sunday and didn't leave till 90 minutes ish later. They were informative and helpful in setting up service and transferring our numbers from that other carrier . They had a positive attitude despite staying late. We got the plan we wanted it's a bit more than what we were paying, but with better perks. I have been recommended by other military friends to switch and have, and will recommend others who haven't to switch. Love my phone. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I was assisted by the assistant sales manager Rodney. I was making a prepaid phone payment for a disabled person with dementia. He asked me for a 4 digit code, told him had none. He asked his manager if it was ok to take a payment his answer was no that they take their security seriously and told me to bring in the phone, I explained again owner of phone cant be without it as needed it for emergencies, did he want me to get a handivan to bring him in? He would make the exception this time but insisted that the owner must call 611 and get a code from them or I bring in the phone. (We tried to make a payment over the phone years ago and was tossed back and forth for 2 hours and was told cant take payment! how would he expect a person with dementia to do this??) I asked why don't they take caring for disabled people seriously? Please note that I had receipts of other payments made (been paying for the last 3 years) and he said they should not have accepted, I explained managers allowed it and did override. Rodney was unreal, to top it off I am a TMobile customer and this has totally turned me off to his location all other locations outshine their store! The good: Great prices and promotions. Wonderful Free Netflix. Amazing local customer service and when signing you up for service. (Two years ago) Amazingly low monthly rates and generous data allowance (Before they offered unlimited data). Free data roaming overseas (Asia) The bad: Poor network. Regularly dropped calls and slow data speeds for the last two years. Poor customer service once you are a customer. In store agents seem intent on giving minimum service. Would not assist with taking the back signal booster equipment. They would not smile, they would just tell me what they can't do (all without calling a customer service number or a manager) And finally they just bypassed me for next customer. Very rude! Result: I really wanted to stay. BUT TMobile's network was killing my business. My phone and data was unusable. And the poor local service was the kicker. I switched my 4 business lines to another carrier and will never come back to TMobile no matter how much they pay for slick advertising and and offer low rates. Very poorly trained local staff. Hawaii mobile network is too weak to have lousy local service to customers. (Visited TMobile store 12/27/17)My hope is corporate addresses these short comings. Consider paying a little more to get a reliable network in Hawaii with AT&T or Verizon. read more

I came to this T-Mobile location recently for the first time on a random weekday night in August 2020 to get new phones for my wife and I. Before stepping into the store, they had one staff member escort you into the store. They also do a good job in making sure that the store is not over capacity due to the COVID-19 pandemic environment. My wife, father-in-law, and I at the time we're helped with one day and then another one in regards to finding the best promotion that is set for our plan. Overall, the staff and customer service is pretty good. The prices for phones and accessories are pretty good and decent. T-Mobile also has a decent amount of promotions and they could be different depending on what day you come in. They can vary and be different because there can be might be a certain deal for a certain day. This store location is located in Ewa Beach, specifically within the Laulanui shopping center area. read more

I give them one star for a semi effort on making my experience with Tmobile a good one. If you have their warranty it's not worth getting. You might as well take your chances on the phone and pray it doesn't die on you. I have a warranty on my phone thinking it'll cover me in case there's a malfunction on it and that I'll at least get a replacement phone within a week. NOPE! Not in my case. I'm not one to have to need a phone at all time but I kinda need it for my job like most working adults. So I think it's safe to say that I've been very patient with NOT having a phone for 18 days now because that's what I was told after my third follow up. On my fourth visit Jessica called the warranty department to see what was up with my phone, needless to say, they didn't know either. The best answer was it's still back stocked and that instead of 18 days I get to wait 25 days. This whole experience sucks and unnecessary. Talked with the manager and he couldn't even make my experience any better. The best solution he gave me was "yea, there's nothing we can do because that's the warranty department." Don't you all work together to make a customer's experience a good one???? I guess not! There's definitely more to this story but I'm getting frustrated just writing about it. Sigh! Going to this Tmobile would have been convenient because I live near by but it is more of an inconvenience everytime I visit this specific location. Been a T-Mobile customer for several years now. Originally drawn in because of the affordability of the plans and the great customer service. Now I do not recommend anyone on the island to get T-Mobile. If you're going to have to pay over 100 dollars for unlimited 4GLTE well then make sure the LTE actually reaches your customers ISLAND WIDE. It's plain ridiculous how bad the 4G LTE signal is. It doesn't work well anywhere. If you're in Kihei, it's slow. If you're in Kahului it's slow. Lahaina? Slow. It works well in very select few random areas but most of the time? Hot garbage. Steaming hot garbage. When you call customer support what do they suggest? "Reset your phone, reset network settings" Which is about as effective as trying to hammer a nail with a plastic spoon. It does nothing guys, stop suggesting that to people and actually let corporate know to build some more freaking towers on the island. The coverage SUCKS plain and simple. They always tell you more towers are coming or maintenance on the towers is underway but it's been years. I'm paying 105 for my current unlimited 4G LTE plan. Just ran the SPEEDTEST in the heart of Lahaina. 0.12Mbp/s download speed and 5.0Mbp/s upload speed. Not joking. This is what I'm paying a heaping bill for. Fix your shit, Tmobile. read more
