I recently had to return a treadmill I purchased on Amazon and this was the nearest UPS store. I had such a pleasant and fast experience that I had to show my appreciation by leaving a 5 star review for the staff here. Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. I will have to admit, since I live in town, I rarely use this particular UPS Store location in Kapolei, but the few times when I had to ship back some broken parts to the mainland, I'm so glad that there is a UPS Store near by. Located at the Kapolei Marketplace, you can find the UPS Store just a hop, skip, & jump away (towards the left) of the Safeway supermarket. The day I came here, I had to get rid of a bunch of broken parts. Luckily, I found this UPS Store, as I was just next door working at a local credit union. Service here was fast & friendly, and I noticed if you do not have anything to ship out, this UPS Store provides other services like printing & mailbox services. The wāhine at this UPS Store are da bestest. Brought a newly purchased cellphone charger from Amazon to take along as a backup while attending my 60th high school reunion (Kamehameha '65), but It didn't perform as described. Did an immediate turn around to return the item to Amazon and the wāhine there were so helpful. I have an Apple cellphone that's smarter than me. One of the wāhine flicked through my phone so quickly I didn't know what she was doing, but found the QR code & order number right away. Five minutes later the charger was on its way back to Amazon. i went to get my passport photo taken and they were so fast! the girls were so sweet and did their job so efficiently. i was in and out of there, took like 10-15 minutes. the cost isn't bad either, it's $15.99 for 2 2x2s and they give you the option for multiple pics and let you take the best one! read more

This is my nearest UPS store and I've always had a phenomenal experience. The people who work here are extremely friendly and prompt. I typically go in for Amazon returns, but I have also gotten printing services done. Sometimes the lines can get very long, but the workers are diligent and great at what they do so you're never really waiting for too long. Amazon returns are quick and easy. They get you in and out very quickly, which tells me that the employees are very well trained. I know that UPS stores are franchises and typically owned by individuals. I haven't met the actual owner of this location, but I commend them for training their employees on promptness, handling services and friendliness. I like to come to this location because there is usualy parking availabe and the service is quick. It is located in the shopping center where Hele gas is located next to Regis Hairstyling. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I get in and out quickly. It is usually to drop items off which are already labeled so I haven't purchased anything directly from the store. I like coming here because of their service, location, and parking. It is a very convenient location. This was a first time visit to this UPS location. I usually only go to UPS stores to drop off return packages for Amazon and that was the case for today. The process is quick and easy. I followed the instructions provided on Amazon and printed out the page with the barcode for scanning at the UPS front desk. If you forget your scan page, you can bring it up on your phone if you have the Amazon app and they can scan it that way also. I was in and out in less than 2 mins. There was no line so luckily I didn't have to wait. All you have to do is bring your package in with you, tell them you're returning to Amazon, let them scan your barcode, give them the package and you're done! They provide other services like printing, shredding, shipping, packaging, mailboxes, notary and passport photos. Amazon returns are super convenient because they give you a barcode via email and all you have to do is bring your item and they will ship and box it for you. UPS has been very efficient and made things so easy to do when assisting customers. I made luggage tags for my daughters soccer team and I went to this store to get them laminated right before closing time. I brought my own tags printed on card stock that needed adjustment. The local girl there totally took it on and super awesome and adjusting it to my liking and really took extra good care. She cut them to size and because they were double cited but did not match up exactly she used their cutter to ensure it was professional job. When they rang me up I couldn't believe it was under two dollars for the 10 tags and the awesome service . Hands-down best value in town and I will definitely be going back. Excellent customer service by the 3 ladies in the front! Stopped by to turn in my cable boxes and they were all prompt and efficient. One of the young ladies working starts by saying "I apologize but this could take a couple of minutes or more to make sure we can scan the barcodes correctly and what not". I recently moved here and had to send my license plate back to the state I moved from. I very politely asked which box/package they would recommend me sending in. All the clerk asked was if I needed it tracked which I said no then received no further assistance. When I packed the plate and wrote the address on the package I picked out myself and went to the register it was very expensive and I expressed that. The young lady ( a new clerk) said " oh that's because you didn't send priority mail". Which I didn't know was an option and stated that clearly , the manager or probably clerk was quick to say which is why I asked if you needed tracking... Long story short, for a business that thrives on customer service I was rather annoyed with the rude undertone I received and lack of expertise when I asked for assistance. I came here out of convenience being the post office was not yet open. Moving forward, if I want a snarky attitude first in the morning I'll just go to USPS. read more
