I went to the VICTRA store in Ewa Beach. Employee "ALONSO" went way-beyond-the-call to help me w/ a very lengthy and complicated situation that took a couple of hours to resolve. In the end, he even stayed "AFTER" his Pau Hana shift to continue to help me which was about 45 minutes. This young man deserves a medal for employee-of-the year by Victra. If I explained my situation, it would fill a small novel! All I can say is Victra & Verizon Wireless is lucky to have this young representing their business!!! Upon my arrival, there was only one staff member assisting a customer. Despite seeing me waiting for 15-20 minutes, she did not acknowledge my presence or offer a brief greeting to indicate she would be with me shortly. I felt ignored throughout the duration of my visit, which I found to be unprofessional. I only wanted to purchase a phone case which I had in my hand. So I left! I hope they will address this matter to ensure that future customers receive a more professional level of service and basic acknowledgement upon entry. read more

Terrible sales !! They don't know about phone plan how it works for overseas station for military!! After I moved plan wasn't changed and they set up plan for traveling to outside US. We spend a lot of time with Verizon to changed plan. Also, They push to sell expensive screen protector $71 which has warranty claim. I told them to move out side US so don't need it. Terrible experience! Took over 4 hours to get 4 phones. It was all good until the end when they tried tacking on a $40 per line "in store" fee for getting the phones at the store. Despite having to wait our turn for service - once you actually get to a person - the service is awesome!! I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 years and finally made the switch over to Verizon. I've been with Verizon for yeeeears and usually have great experiences. For this particular review, I went in initially just to get an iPad added and walked out saving money in ways I wouldn't have known possible. I must add that I originally went to the Kapolei Verizon location and had a horrible experience waiting and not being addressed. I called this location and Brit said to "come on over, we'll take care of you." And they did just that. Brit was exceptionally helpful and super chill. There was a slight hiccup in switching my account from consumer to business which is the main reason it's not a 5 star review! I was there for hours because the store and I were having difficulty with one of the corporate locations in the States. Brit made the time much more enjoyable. Kevin was also very nice but had to leave so interaction was minimal but he was very knowledgeable and kind. There were 2 other employees that came over and helped Brit with trying to get in touch with the corporate office and they were nice as well. (Like I said, I was there for hours so I interacted with a lot of them haha). All kind, all helpful, and lots of patience. I enjoyed that experience that I've gone back when ordering new phones. Waiting for the shipment to come in but it was very easy to order with the help of Brit again. read more

Do not come here!!! Ordered new iPhones and Verizon sent us tracking numbers. We called Verizon when we saw they delivered at 1 pm. We were told to pick them up the next day at 10 am. (Keep in mind they close at 9 pm) not sure why we had to wait until the next morning. So we arrive at 10 am. Come to find out the girl "helping" us doesn't come in till 3 pm. Not sure why no one else can process this for us. Total mess and would be handled quicker at any other Verizon. *UPDATE* my husband when back at 3 pm to be told only ONE phone was ready and to come back Wednesday. (This was a SATURDAY!!!) the phone was AT THE STORE but it wasn't "ready". He then said he's not coming back to this store ever and he's not coming back for the phone. So we ordered one from Verizon online and received the phone in 2 days. Today is now Friday and the store just called to say the phone was ready. WHAT A JOKE. this place is the worst. I've never dealt with a store this terrible. If you want a nightmare to deal with then be my guest and come here. Or go on the safe side and go to a real Verizon store and order online. read more

If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that option. My sister, brother-in-law and I walked in hoping to upgrade their phones using the trade in promo. Staff named Charlynn(sp?) helped us and she was not helpful at all. She didn't know her information and did not promote the promo correctly. Seems like she was just interested to make more commission because she started to get frustrated when we were asking (what seem like complicating to her) questions. And later a manager walked in which made our experience worst. We were already frustrated, and he asked us "what's stopping you guys from trading in the phone? Is it the price?" 1) that was insulting 2) he didn't even help. Didn't even try to keep us as customers. We ended up going to Ka Makana Ali location and the manager who helped us started with the promo and had a positive attitude. Provided information that was easy to understand. I've been to this store on more than one occasion & this place is pretty much "hit or miss" depending on who is helping you. I currently have the Galaxy Note 7, and went into this store to try to get my phone replaced. The guy that I talked to was pretty much un-freindly & un-helpful. Be care of this authorized dealer. They will set up your phone and inform you of all the corporate upgrade fees but when it's time to pay they will surprise you with a non-waivable Victra (authorized reseller) upgrade fee which is in addition to Verizon corporate upgrade fee. So imagine if you have more than one line? What is deceptive is that they don't tell you in writing or verbally about their fee until you sign all the corporate disclosures and your new phone has your SIM card installed. You're better going to a corporate store like Kapolei or Pearl City where you'll know the policies there are consistent with Verizon's published print and web advertisements. read more

We came in to get a new family plan and phones. Switching over from another carrier. There were two customers on the phone with Verizon support and the only male employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge us or say good morning/ welcome, etc. we signed in and then waited. That was at 1030am. At 1045am another employee walked in and started working at the counter on the computer. Again not acknowledging us. I said good morning to her and she looked up and back down quickly. The two customers were still on the phone with support and the other employee didn't do anything. Another customer came in and no acknowledgement. We waited 45 minutes and the left. Never again. read more

Very bad service. Signed up with them and phone service didn't work. Couldn't receive text and receive calls. TC to the customer service and phones weren't completely ported in after being told that all is taken care of. Missed a lot important text and family has been calling why phone was turned off? Went back to Victra Verizon and informed them of the situation. Came to find out that they charged a set up fee without been told even asking if that was the activation fee been initially charged. Did not explain what the trade value were and he kept insisting that the trade in will be a $800 credit for a new phone which would be free. Asked him if that was truly a credit and that I won't get charge for the google phone 3x and he kept saying yes. But that wasn't true. Saw out first month bill of over $400 and asked about it the next day after we just got the service the day before. That bill was the activation fee and tax and initial payments for the phones. Lost my S9 for the trade in and was told that they've already shipped it the night before. Don't go there, they charge a setup fee $150 for each phones for the reason if something goes wrong you can go back to them but isn't that why we pay insurance for the phones and don't they represent Verizon service for that matter? Big rip off. On top of that, they mislead with all the lies which we got caught on for trusting them for saving us money for signing with them. Go to a reputable Verizon Store instead. Double checked with the Kapolei and Verizon online and they never heard of a setup fees. read more

My brother and I came in for an upgrade. We had our minds set on which phone, so the process went pretty smoothly. Jeanne assisted us and she presented exceptional service. She was very nice and very genuine. Also, very patient because I was so undecided on the accessories I wanted that came with the package I purchased. She also saved me $15 because I wanted to change my number. Apparently, it cost if they change it for you in-store, but it was very simple to change it for FREE online. They other employees that were in there at the time (sorry, didn't get your names) were very nice as well. I've never had any problems coming into the location. I knew what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and they kept giving me answers that were not even close to what I needed. When I said I wanted to buy a phone outright and my budget is $200 they told me about a special they have for a $600 phone. I said I wanted to pay outright and not make monthly installments. I have been a customer of verizon wireless for the last 10 years. Their customer service and managers excuses are getting really old as to why they make numerous phone calls and texts to customer who is 1 week past due on a bill of $350.00. I do not have more then one bill outstanding and they send these insistent phone calls and texts about a bill. When you have been a good customer who has paid their bill over the last 10 years at a monthly rate of $ 350.00 or higher why bother the customer so much? I have even asked them why they bother me so much? Just excuses are used... Piss poor service and excuses to match... Oh yeah I do not have a contract so I can walk away from these clowns. read more

I went in today to change the screen protector on my iPhone because it was cracked and had amazing customer service. I got the new protector put on and walked out of the store and realized there was some lint under the new screen(which I thought was a crack) so I went back in and asked about it. Dan was so awesome helping me with the problem. He tried his best to get out all the lint but ultimately gave me a new screen protector and put it on my phone free of charge while ensuring there were no air bubbles and it was lint free! Needs a new manager. Store has a sign up sheet(which they don't use or check) as they are understaffed and wait times are overly long. Staff are immature and display poor customer service.
