I had and absolutely amazing experience today. I was in for a new phone had already picked it out. I visited the store on a busy Saturday afternoon was checked in and had a short wait. Qiana was the tmobile agent who assisted me. She went over and above in her customer service and making sure all my questions were answered. Her manager Corey also informed me of all the perks that I could enjoy while being a tmobile customer. Between the 2 of them I was given an excellent experience. Thank you both. read more

I'm reading the reviews written for this store, but I did not have a bad experience. It was because of the agent who helped me. My agent was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. I was having a bad experience just trying to trade-in and upgrade, but she was just an amazing spirit, and unknowingly, definitely lightened my mood. She had a contagious smile the whole time and was personable. If anyone is to visit this store and is need of assistance, I suggest seeing Dria. Customer Service is terrible at this location. You walk in no one acknowledges you're here. No one to sign you in. You have to stand around and wait and hope one of the Reps walks your way. Do not patronize this location. The manager refused to cancel my transaction when I no longer wanted to make a purchase. She told me that she could not void the phone transaction because the system times out after 25 minutes. Then she told me that I could not leave with my phone that I came into the store with. She was trying to force me into purchasing a new phone from them. When I left with my phone. I realized my SIM card was no longer in the phone so I went back for my SIM card and she told me that they shredded my SIM card. Do not go to this location. They are not trust worthy and they have terrible customer service. I have heard that they have stolen customer's information and some of the employees have even been arrested for stealing customer's information. read more

I endured a two day process with Sprint, trying to remove a line off my phone. After 19 YEARS of being with this company, I felt completely taken advantage of and that my concerns did not matter (because they had taken my 18 month contract and turned it into a month-to-month lease without my authorization) and they were sending me through numerous hoops to change ownership. Furthermore, it was extremely easy to add a line (that I had had for seven years, but Sprint took me through numerous issues to get the line off of my contract; even after the phone had been paid for over 12 months). I went into the T-Mobile in Evergreen to end my long-term relationship, and go to their competitor Verizon; until Rana "saved the day". In a matter of minutes, Rana was able to communicate with Sprint, articulate my/our concerns, get the charges removed and instead of signing with their competitor, I was able to go from Sprint to T-Mobile and keep my seniority (19 year status). Although the transition took a few hours (turning in phones, getting new phones, sign a new contracts, getting Apple watches and activating everything), Rana made the process simple. She was completely hands on, patient, had a great sense of and treated us as if our concerns/money mattered. I have been a loyal customer and have referred over 10 people to the company in the duration of time I have been with Sprint. Sprint was getting ready to lose my business (although they did because now I'm with T-Mobile) and I was taking other customers with me; until Rana handled my business "like a boss". Terrible location! Do not waste your time! Go to another location! They stole my SIM card,phone case and used my information to make fraudulent purchases of $1,920. I had to miss work and file a police report on them. The manager Melanie is rude and ghetto! The employees did not greet me when I walked into the store! I just walked in T-Mobile on 95 and western. I was standing there for 20 mins and no ask if I needed assistance. A lady who walked in 20 mins after me they immediately ask her if she needs help. How f up is that. So they just say fuck you. The manager gave no solutions just his apologies. Worst service ever!!!! read more

Shout out to Sidney who works here! My mom and I ordered new iPhone 12's and couldn't figure out how to work them for the life of us with switching carriers. This store is horrible. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. My experience was HORRIBLE!! I was trying to switch from my Sprint (now owned by T-Mobile) service to T-Moblie. I was trying to upgrade 4 phones the misery started at 11:48am and didn't end until 4:43pm. The rep kept servicing other clients while we stood there and waited. One of our phones didn't switch all the information to the new phone. The manager would not come from the back room to assist us. It took almost 5 hours for incompetency. I hope T-Mobile sees my complaint because if they value customers like they say they will make sure their staff have all the training they need for soon-to-be customers switching from the Sprint side. read more

I HATE this location! They're very slow & can never accommodate customers in a timely fashion. Once the store was robbed while we were here & they just stood around like nothing happened. This T-mobile store is the worst. T-mobile stores are use to pickup cellphones when it determine by t-mobile your cell is not working. I went to pickup a cellphone sent by T-mobile and the store managers refused to give me the cell, stating that my cell battery is overcharged and there is nothing wrong with the cell. T-mobile Inc called them twice about the cell exchanged. The first time they the cell had not been scanned in. Later that night I received a text to pickup the cell. The next day I went to the store and they still refused to give me the cell, because a female employee who was in the store the day before told him my battery was over charged and he refused to give it to me. I used to troubleshooting software for a living. While in the parking lot, I called T-mobile and told them what happen. He put me on hold and they gave him a hard time too. So the cell ended up being sent to my home. This store need to be investigated for fraud, because they are selling warranties and they are not honoring them. T-mobile Inc said they don't supposed checking cells sent by the T-mobile Inc for exchanged, they supposed to just sent the old one back. I was very close to leaving T-mobile, but T-mobile , Inc honored my warranty. How are they still open? I will tell all my friends to avoid this store. They are not honest. read more
