Well my 80 year old mother needed to upgrade her phone and plan thru AT&T so we headed to 95th and western. After entering I noticed several customers waiting and five associates helping customers. A few minutes passed and I asked about a sign in roster so we didn't lose are place in line. A few more minutes passed and a manager asked what we needed, we told him and proceed to wait 45 minutes before a associate was available. An associate became available and helped my mother with what she needed however I noticed the other four associates still working with the same customers for the last 45 minutes . I went to this store because I was in the area and had some time to kill. I brought my two young boys with me and they were very well behaved. I wanted to buy the iPhone 13 outright but they told me I couldn't. New to me. So I said I'm leaving The manager goes why. I tell him. He tells me about some way I have to go on the installment plan first then buy later, etc. I don't like it. So I'm leaving. Then he INSULTS me and says I'm setting a bad example in front of my kids because I was yelling at him??? The nerve!! I'm not spending more money when I don't have to, and I was very polite and calm. I came to this store in a rush, as I lost my phone charger. The website stated the was OPEN until 8pm. I arrived at 7:43pm, only to be met by a security guard telling me the store closed at 7, and was by appointment only. NONE of this direction was listed ANYWHERE on your site. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I went into the store on 9/1/24 to upgrade my son phone. Went through the entire process for a 15plus as the 13 and 14 didn't come in plus or max; we agreed on 15 plus. I told the sales representative we will set up everything when we make it home because I was pressing for time. We left the store, opened the phone box and it was a 15 regular, I called the store and told them they gave us the wrong phone. We were told to come back. I went back to the store and was told by a different rep that the store don't have any pluses in stock, now i'm sure the sales rep (Dequan) sold me 15 regular on purpose for that specific reason. I explained to the new rep we didn't want a small phone at the "time of original service" the person completing the exchange said we can do a max so we agreed on a 15max. Then we go to pay the taxes and was charged a restocking fee of $55.00, and was told there was noting they could do about it because the box was opened. Dequan the sales rep lied to his coworker and said my son pointed to a 15 regular and that's why he was given the regular, but they didn't even have a 15 regular on display. Horrible service at AT&T store on 95th Western. On 4/7/23, I went to store to buy a phone, I stood there and no one came to ask if I needed service. A security guard told me I could sit on the couch with the four other customers waiting to be helped. There was one employee assisting a customer at his desk. A customer told me had been waiting for 30 minutes and counting. The guard said only one employee was there but other employees should be coming in soon. This was at 11:30 am. I asked the guard about buying a phone charger, guard was nice but could not help me and I should not have expected her to. I left, was not going to wait with four people ahead of me and only one employee working. read more

If I could give the store 0 stars I would. No one acknowledges u when u walk in. We waited over 50 mins. The guy finally acknowledges us and ask what we need when we say upgrades he acts like we crazy. Why didn't u do that earlier. U waited till now it's after 8. Well it wasn't 8 when we came in. This store has the worst customer service. They always close well before time stated on door and site. The wait time is always 45minutes to an hour. The one star is actually a zero. They need better management. The employees definitely need to work on their attitudes. They can't blame much on the pandemic these were problems they had before the pandemic. They are extremely slow!!!! They don't acknowledge the fact you even walked in. Once they realize you need Customer Service and Not purchasing anything. They tell you to wait so long until you just leave. If you are buying new equipment they all want to help you. They need a basic course is Customer Service and Professionalism!!! read more

I was in and out in 10 minutes. Takesha was super nice and helpful. Everyone working was friendly and polite. I read the other reviews and debated going to a store further away but I'm glad I didn't. No one tired to sell me anything. In fact, my daughter was looking at cases and another salesperson suggested we get one somewhere else because they were overpriced in the store. I ran into the after New Years rush today in the store. Partially the crowd was due to associates on the floor ready to put your name on the list versus actually assist. Literally the best service I've received in such a long time. The manager greets you as soon as you walk in the door and gets your over to the next available tech. He let me know what my wait time would be. Devon was the agent who assisted me and he was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we got my services started. While we were getting services started, I met more employees inside the store that were also extremely nice. This store isn't close to my home but I will travel here for all my future needs to continue to get this exceptional customer service. read more

Slow (waited forty minutes) and the sales clerk attempted the old "bait and switch" scheme. The clerk and manager told me after my wait and ten minutes of taking my information that no more "I phones" were available in the 16g level. But the more expensive 32 g were available. I was the third customer in the store that day. Doesn't the computer provide inventory? I was then told that they might have more later that day but I would have to wait for another clerk and re-enter all my information again. Why? the store does pre-orders for phones all the time. I have never written a review of any where in my life, but I was so offended by the salesman and the assistant store manager I felt I needed to. They were completely disrespectful and ignorant. They treated me as if I was an idiot and were just plain mean. They are extremely lucky that when I called ATT corporate they were so nice and understanding that I did not cancel my phone plan.
