I canceled my service in Oct 24 and moved to AT&T. I later realized I owed for the remainder of my two watches. I paid for them and ask again if all my devices were cancelled and I was totally paid up. I got a kind {Yes}. Now I get a phone call asking for more money. The person agreed my phones were paid off but I was past due on my IPad. Past Due? I don't have an account and never received a bill. He said I didn't get a bill as I am paperless and could not get email because I don't have an account. They have been charging me for my IPad because I didn't get service from AT&T . It's an old one I rarely use at home with my AT&T internet. The guy I talked said would cancel service as if today and turn me over to a collection agency if I didn't pay today. I called corporate office and got a young girl that said my phones were not paid off. the money I paid was for use of that IPad. And that owed more on the iPad. She gave me all kinds of figures that could use to get what she got.. I wanted a bill. She said I could only see a bill at the store. I'm not Ubering to get a bill when I have email and a mail box. IF YOU WANT THE RUNAROUND AND RUDE PEOPLE THAT DON't KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING go to T-MOBILE. EVEN IF I FIND MY CREDIT RECEIPT THEY WILL NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A REFERENCE NUMBER. read more

Fire pope or poe or whatever her name is. I came in to see about any deals they had and was handled so aggressively by that employee. She took my phone and ripped off my screen protector to see any damage Im guessing and smacked it right back on after wards all messed up with no care in the world. She told me I had a balance and I needed an ID for her to do anything , mind you i was just asking about deals they had. She seems really desperate for a sale and with that bad attitude I can see why. Went to a different Tmobile right after who was kind enough to ACTUALLY help me. Even tried fixing the screen protector myself then called this locations tmobile back a few days later to ask them what they can do and they just said i need to pay for another one. Not to be confused with Tree Mobile, which is when a tree ups roots and moves and stuff. This is a pretty typical cell phone store located right off of I-10 and we've been trying a few different cell phone stores looking for someone that can offer a better deal than Verizon, and so far we haven't been lucky with that. They were friendly enough, which is why I give three stars. I think they do a pretty good job here but were not able to offer us anywhere near the kind of discount over Verizon that would make us switch. read more

I walked in they told me it would be 15 mins it was 30 then I tried to drop off my old phone and they where absolutely 0 help. I need to turn this phone in by a certain day and they didn't have the ability to push back that date even a few days. So now instead of paying for nothing they told me basically I'm sol and now I'm having to pay over $1,300 for the new phone I have already have. I agree that my screen was slightly cracked but not even an attempt to help push back the due date is horrible customer service. I ended up staying here for over and hour and they still never helped. Wish I could do 1 star but the store is actually pretty nice. read more

My mom and I came to T-Mobile today to merge her account to mine and to exchange a new phone she received that she did not like. We had the pleasure of receiving service from Steven who was very helpful with selecting a new phone and ultimately switching the old account over from another provider. It was a lengthy process, almost as if we were purchasing a new vehicle, but Steven helped through the entire process. He spoke on the phone to various representatives to troubleshoot and to make it a smooth process for my mom and I. He was also very patient with my mom, who at times, can get easily confused. I stop at store because I was unable to receive or make calls from my iPhone I was assisted by Andrea..she change SIM card however she did not return nor give me option to keep my removed SIM card. I left store and returned @ 15 minutes later to ask for the SIM card and she said she did not have it. She said SIMS are shredded. I left the store with concern of amount of sensitive information that can be used in scam. read more

It was 8:30 and the doors were closed with one customer in store and one worker I knocked on the door and of course was ignored. Am not a T Mobile customer, never have been, not stating Verizon is stellar but proximity to Verizon requires death defying traversing at 5:00 p.m. I'm next door and ready to throw my iphone through the wall when I see 5 young men at the T Mobile counter yammering and I think 5 brains could possibly solve my gmail issue, have exhausted all my brain cells when my gmail vanished 3 weeks ago. Explained to Josh I had talked with the folks in India that worked for Netgear, they could not help, not a router issue, had done all the youtube I wanted and read all the Apple forums, to no avail, Google won't help anyone with a free gmail account. He stated he thought there were too many accounts on my phone, told him I had done a restore and erased some accounts and he asked if he could erase 2 accounts off the phone, bingo, gmail worked again. Thank you Josh for being a Godsend, he refused any type of payment. and told me he knew nothing about iphones, lucky me. read more

NEVER go to this T-Mobile. Try the other Katy Freeway location that is literally right across the highway, closer to Memorial City Mall. I had a few phones with me, and wanted some of the numbers on certain phones copied to different SIM cards. The first store told me "our bluetooth isn't working...sorry." Umm...Are you serious? I think that the girl who helped me was just making excuses for not knowing how to do what I had asked. Everyone at this location is lazy and are only interested in helping you when it benefits them; i.e. starting new contracts, selling phones. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Spoke to Aracely who claimed to be the key holder on 9/13 who told me she would pass on my number and message to her manager and he would call me back the following day by 3pm. My horrible experience started in the end of July when I went into this store to add another line on my account. I also dealt with Aracely on that occasion and she helped me add the line to my account. I asked her if the additional line would be a certain amount, she confirmed the amount. I asked her if there would be anything else I would need to know, she said I was good to go. In August before my bill was due I checked my account and it was significantly higher, and that was excluding any prorated amount. I called customer service and they explained she had changed my plan to the "magenta" plan and I would be paying the higher amount. It was a mess but I couldn't cancel my line so I was stuck with the higher bill then I expected and this new plan. This month sept I checked my bill again and I had a service fee I had never seen before. Called customer service again and they explained my Netflix account had changed due to the Plan change and I would be paying more. After an hour on the phone with 611, we came to a resolve. I decided to call the store, to explain to the store manager what a hassle I had experienced and maybe this employee needs some more coaching. Aracely happened to answer the phone. I didn't know at the time she was the same person I had dealt with. I gave her the last 4 digits of the employees ID and her tone changed (because the ID was hers) she was rude, short in response, cut me off, and said the plan I had before was the same as the magenta even though 611 had explained they are different. I explained how things had changed and how I was unaware of the new changes even after I had asked. She said "my manager Quinn will call you tomorrow by 3pm." We hung up and I called 611 back to file a grievance. But the rep took my information, called the store back and had me stay quiet while he and Aracely spoke. She had changed her tone, responded with sir, told him that she knows that she never told me wrong information because she was just repeating what she was told back in July. Why didn't you just say that on the phone when I called? That you were told this information? Instead of being rude or fighting with me and not taking responsibility as the customer service rep you are? They hung up and the 611 rep notated everything and said he'd follow up to make sure this Quinn manager called me. The next day came, and the manager never did. My problem took time to resolve and it was a horrible experience, but how many more people will experience this kind of service due to people like this lady Aracely? Never stepping foot in that store and hope they coach her or do something to fix her attitude and service skills. read more

TMobile your Internet wifi sucks. It's not reliable. I constantly h e to reset my modem and this is the second modem in the 1St Thirty since I have had your service. I do not recommend this Internet because the service connection can not stay up and constantly loses signal, the modem goes to sleep and shuts down and I have complained about once and that's all I have time to do. It's costing me money.and now I'm stuck with this crap cause its past too long to send it back. So I hope this review cost you money. And this review took 3times to post because of this signal. Before I decided to write this review I looked to see if others had similar experiences, sure enough- yes, so here it goes. Walked in and Gus waited on us. We informed him we were wanting to use jump on demand from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8- simple enough right... we were informed they did not carry the phone but can have it shipped. So we paid the $245 for the difference since we wanted the 256gb- no problem. After we left, we went back and asked what do we do with the current phone once the new one comes in as he never told us, in shock and disbelief he said--- oh you wanted jump on demand?? Yes that was the whole point, he said he did it as a new lease. How fucking dumb can you be, you have the account up and we told him jump on demand. From that point on, it was a complete cluster fuck with my account. After going back again on a different day we explained to a different employee what happened and were just informed-- oh, he just clicked on the wrong button for the upgrade. No assistance, no compensation, no apologies- nothing. I kid you not, this whole mistake on Gus' behalf took a tole on my relationship and added stress. I now had 2 phone leases, no phone and 245.00 on my credit card. It took a total of 3 weeks and countless hours on the phone going all the way up to senior management at T-Mobile customer service to get this fixed. People say I would not wish this on my worst enemy- guess what, I would, i hope my worst enemy goes through the hell i did fixing this Assholes mistake. This has to be by far the worst hell on earth experience ever. Gus is a complete waste of space and complete moron. I will never step foot in that store again. I have always had Windows and Android phones, but I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone. The man who helped me was extremely helpful and gave me his honest opinion about all the iPhones and which phone he thought would be best for me. He wasn't just trying to upsell me. I have used this store 3x. They do the bare minimum when it comes to solving my problems. If its the most basic problem they're helpful. Not so much if they have to try. They wouldn't update an old ph. Told me how and then to do it myself. They wouldn't download the update for me. The ph was not supported anymore, you would think they would know that. I messed up my sim and was told sorry. Idk and couldn't tell you for all my Q's. Lost all my contacts ..my fault ..but with some effort I fixed it myself even though it could have been done at the store. .what are they there for? After 14 years with T-Mobile they wouldn't give me a free sim card or help fix my problem. It is cheap and it's true that you get what you pay for. That includes salary. Horrible employee. Went in to get iPhone 8 plus, but was indecisive. Employee "reassured" me that I could return phone in 14 days but just so happened to forget to tell me there's a restocking fee of $50. Called and uninformed manager tells me it's printed on the receipt.. uhh not kidding Sherlock. How convenient is that? The service was really good. We went in to understand the process to switch from another provider to T-Mobile and the cost. They explained really clearly and patiently to us. They drove to another store to get the color we want in raining day. The store manager also explained the benefits of having a business account that we never thought we could have. They helped us to transfer data between the two devices even it was beyond their operation hours. T-mobile currently has a good plan to take care of the unfinished contract from the competitors. We did our research that T mobile expanded their network and expect the quality of the service should be better than 3 years ago. Check it out. read more
