I was looking for a good affordable phone repair location for my shattered front and back iPhone XS. They however failed in communicating that they replace the screen with a cheap and janky screen. The brightness of the new screen is way too dim and pops out. After complaining, they refused to give me a refund unless I put on my old cracked screen and pay $25 dollars. Like what? Additionally, the manager and employees of the store were very condescending and rude as they just laughed at my request for a full refund. Do not go to this place if you value your phone because now I must either get a new original phones, or keep my phone at full brightness. They give false information now. I took my phone up there and they told me my phone would be ready in 2 hours but once I left they called and said it would be the next day. The next day came and my phone still wasn't ready so they said another day so I asked for loaner phone until my phone would be ready and they agreed to it on the phone. But when I got up there and I have a broken ankle so it took some time for me to get there. They deside not to give me a loaner or fix my phone. That's bad business and I fill they should of said something from the beginning instead of taking my phone and had me without a phone for 24 hours.
